Was in Ham Lake for a work consultation and stopped at Family Pathways before. Saw the Goodwill driving back on 65 and turned into turning lane. I found a canvas barbecue theme saying picture, wooden cutout of Texas painted in their flag colors, and 2 Starbucks plastic tumblers with straws. One was a cool iridescent and another was chartreuse green. Google lens says it glows in the dark. I was looking for alien items, but no luck. Their toy section was very sparce. Now quit asking me to round up at this for profit thrift store. Not gonna do it. read more

When I pulled my car in the bay to deliver my donations, the employee told me to take everything out and where to put them, while he stood on the side watching. So I had to unload a bookcase and full trunk by myself! Poor customer service!!!! read more

Went to hwy 65 and the one off Lexington. Quick run in & out to find work pants. Both locations were so unorganized. The jeans/pants area was a complete mess in both men's and women's. A specific brand of jean was scattered about & not in the right size area. There were clumps of them out of place everywhere. So......lazy employee just throwing them about to get them off the rack or a manager testing their employees. Either way, the Goodwill has become a PITA to shop. ​ read more

This Goodwill location is meh, ok. I have seen this store cleaner before (floors dirty, racks that look like a rats nest, a cigarette smell that pervades the clothing). I WANT to recycle, but sometimes it's discouraging to visit a depressing store. It did take a while for the donation drop off, unlike other visits there. read more

Oh my gosh this is hands down my favorite thrift store, and I've been to tons in MN, AZ, and CA. Everything is so neat and new stuff is always being put out. It's hard to leave. If you don't know where this goodwill is you could easily drive past. It's tucked back by taco johns and dollar tree. If you're gonna visit this location the easiest way to not miss the turn is to remember to turn when you see Lowes. Plenty of parking and a place to plug in those electric cars. Really though? We need that? Yes we do! I hope those plug ins catch on everywhere! Today I left with about 20 kids tops/bottoms that were all $1 each because blue tags were half off. I also scored a pair of Victoria's Secret pink yoga pants and a hoodie for $5 each and they were both like new. Overall my favorite location! Rock on goodwill! read more

The more and more these Goodwill store kits keep popping out, the nicer they seem to be getting. I never used to like thrift store shopping, but it really does not feel like a thrift store with all the new things I have found. Recyle, and once in awhile a treasure or two... I'm a big fan of them helping people acquire job skills and their mission in general. Yes there are some things that are wildly over priced, but for the most part things are reasonable. This one has: -A plug in station for your electric car to rejuice up (Must be a lot of Priuses in Blaine) ? -Friendly attendants at the drop off. -A decent selection of Target rejected items. - Friendly Staff -Clean and Spacious Will gladly donate to this or any other location in the future. read more

This Goodwill is very... GOOD, if you WILL ;] (I am SO annoying.) As a shopper, I find this location is large, clean, and organized, with a friendly staff. I even come across items that are new with tags - I think they get overstock and clearance from Target. There are other brand new items like accessories and random household items. If you're DTF (down to thrift), they have racks on racks of used clothing that are overall in good condition. The dressing rooms are clean too (at least when I've been). On top of all of the discounted items, new or used, they have rotating specials and sales per tag color. Ex: "Super Tuesdays" are 75% off a select tag color every week! As a donor, I find they keep the donation line moving quickly, even if there's a line. You just follow the signs, pull up to the donation overhang, and a volunteer or two will help you unload whatever's in your vehicle. Then you get a form for your a tax write-off and a coupon! They do NOT accept donated non-battery-operated electronics, plush furniture, and most appliances. Very clean and well organized store. Not your typical dusty thrift store, there is a high turnover rate here so you never know what you'll find. They do these silent auction things where they have higher value items in a glass display case every week. People, of course, these bid on these items silently. Today I saw a beat up acoustic guitar, a creepy old porcelain doll, and a Star Wars calendar from 1978 in there. read more

I hit the Goodwill when I'm in the shopping mood but don't want to dent my wallet too much. I have probably been to 15 different locations in MN and CA and this one is by far the BEST! I was pleasantly shocked to see all items sorted by size. Much easier to find things! Very well organized. The employees seemed to work quickly and efficiently and have a great attitude. Well done! Tips for Goodwills in general: 1) Price lower. Or have 20% off whole store days or something similar. With the crazy sale prices and coupons at Kohls, etc. sometimes buying new at Kohls can be cheaper. 2) Give people coupons for 10%, 20% off etc when they donate. Second time today I wanted to donate and was not able to. Today was a Coleman cooler in good shape except for a melt bubble on the top about the size of a small pancake. Totally functional cooler. I think its horrible that good will gets all these donations and they turn around up the price on everything. Sadly I will no longer shop at goodwill. I donated alot there and when I go in and shop I see things that are way over priced. The employees are lazy and rude all the time and want you to round up when you check out hmmm nope seeing you want 16 bucks for a pair of used jeans that aren't even name brand. Goodwill always has the best stuff. You could come here everyday and always find new stuff. The staff is always helpful, and the store is always clean. Even during the holidays the checkout is always fast. I wish the location was better, but other than that I love coming here. read more

never ever go here!!!! we were accused of stealing, while we were not. we "took too much time in the dressing rooms". noelle the manager handled the situation very very poorly, and was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. she proceeded to call the police as she thought we were stealing, instead of being a manager and figuring out the situation with us. i will never go here again! ever! worst goodwill. read more

This goodwill location is ok. It is always fairly clean & has tons of stuff. But there were two things that bothered me most, 1. WAY OVERPRICED, 2. lack of assistance at donation drop off center. Nothing amazing. read more

Goodwill used to be a bargain place where you could get some good deals but it's changing prices are getting too high and many times more the local retailers especially when you can get clearance items 50-80%off. Considering everything they sell was donated free the CEO is making millions$$$$$$$ read more
