So we ordered a Tuff Shed in Feb, was built, everything seemed great. After the first rain the…read morewindows leaked. And it flooded the shed, staining the wall and floor. We called them out and they couldn't come out for a month. So in that time, it flooded more and mold started to grow on some of the boards. We cleaned the surface and just hoped they could fix it. The day came, they said "The boards are water and mold proof". Since we have a 5 year warranty and paid 4 to 5 times what it takes to build one from bare materials, we wanted it perfect. After 3 days it flooded again. Called them out, they'll be here in April. More days of cleaning and drying as fast as we could every day it rained. April came, they came, it rained, it leaked. Little less mind you but the floor was still covered in water. They will be coming out sometime near may 25th. Again it's raining less, but we still need to clean up AND CANT USE our new 9,000$ shed. Honestly building it myself would've been, faster, easier, cheaper. I will not go with them again, glad others have good experiences with Tuff. But for me this has been a huge problem and my plans for the year have been pushed to next year. Also they said they couldn't paint it ( charged us) and gave us the paint to do ourselves. Kinda would've rather had 500$ off or something.

They thoroughly prepared my driveway and patched about 100 cracks... they resurfaced the whole thing and they did a fantastic job! They cleaned up all of the cement remnants and packaging. They were quick in getting the job done before the rain came and the back yard became soft and easily damaged by the heavy equipment needed. The job was completed safely and professionally with little damage to the yard and the ornamental vegetation around the tree. They did an excellent job in cleaning up and removing all the derbies except a number of rounds I had them leave for some neighbors firewood. I was treated like a deadbeat with a zero credit score. (It is actually over 800.) To begin, I was told the diagnosis would cost $199 but would be applied toward the bill if they did the job, which I intended to have them do. They guy came out, looked at my system for about 30 seconds, and told me I had a leaking irrigation valve (which was already obvious to me). He said the system was old and there were other valves ready to fail as well. We agreed that I should just replace them all. I asked for an estimate and he told me he would have one either by phone or email by the end of the day. There was no request for payment so I assumed we would just roll it into the bill for the job. Two days later, I called to ask about the estimate. A lady said they guy was too busy to write it up but she would email me one by the end of the day. Two days after that I sent an email asking about the estimate I still had not received. She said it would be around $1200. I said that I would accept that and to put me on the schedule and send a written version of the estimate. That is when they seemed to get defensive. They said I would need to pay them 50% of the estimate (which I still did not have in writing) before they would even put me on the schedule. After this, and the lack of a timely response earlier, I was getting a little leary of their business. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, however this is not my first rodeo, I told her I would pay the 50% when they showed up to do the job. They did not reply at all after that except to send a bill for the estimate. Not only did they demand payment THAT DAY or face a 35% late fee, but they dated the bill FOUR DAYS prior! I'd had enough of this company by then. I drove a check for the "inspection" over to their "office" and hand delivered it. I would NEVER do business with people who treat customers like this. Good luck if you do. In the end, I think they just wanted a quick buck doing the "inspection" and never intended to do the work. Sad.
