I was essentially stranded until Gene showed up to tow my car, and when I described the issue to him, he decided to check it out for himself before towing me away. He fixed my wheel in 5 seconds and found that my splash shield was bent and was grinding on the rotor. Took it elsewhere because I knew it was engine noise. My brake pads and rotors were FINE! And no, neither of those issues would caused the noise from my engine. It was a simple valve adjustment issue. I had been going there for 5 years and though I questioned from time to time whether certain repairs were necessary or not, I should have listened to my gut instinct and RAN! Who knows how much money they've suckered out of me over that amount of time. Very, very disappointed with this husband-wife shyster team. Will NEVER go back.

That means Royal Hyundai and their team put the wrong size tires on their car. Steve Harris the owner told my retired on a budget father " buy 4 new tires and we will install for free" No Steve Harris that's not going to work. Your dealership put the wrong size tires on my fathers car. Now you want to make more work for everyone because we will take the legal route to make sure my father gets his new tires in the correct size. This wasn't his fault or responsibility. But it is your responsibility as a business owner to make it right.
