She stated very clearly in her v/m that she had my tests and did not understand why I was seeing someone for my knee; WEll I have no problems with my arm and shoulder and never had any MRI for them. Plus, I have some other issues going on and all he wanted to do was give me Pain meds, not help the problem just pain meds, sorta like here take this and go away. So, I could take the medications for pain and wait for my issues to blow up and get worse. In fact all he could do was throw his arms up in the air and said well I do not know; well if he does not know and he was the doctor how am I suppose to know? I would never recommend him, even to my worst enemy... Oh, just so you know my issues need surgery, not pain medication. All you have to do it look on the internet and be your own advocate to figure it out.

Finally someone listened to us about how he wasn't himself and ran tests, which in turn found the bleed and admitted him to Tracy hospital ASAP. He is a very caring physician. He can be hard to see as he is very busy, probably due to his patients knowing he is an excellent doctor.

I asked her to personally see her as on video things are not so clear, even it was covid she had us in and as soon as saw her said they are some food allergy rashes not diaper rashes. Another example, we moved out of town for 2 years and my son was very small out of chart for wt and height. When we moved back under Dr. Brouard at Sutter she took it seriously and order blood work and found my son is celiac too and Gluten was hampering his growth. She is one of the reasons we were successful at nursing. I often get a response to any email inquiries the same day. One time Dr. Brouard called us personally to respond. She is very patient. The office staff are all great. Same day appointments are easy to get. The waiting room is fun and there is a separate well child room. I wish the vaccination room was more warm and inviting.

Smith is the right one for you coz he is honest about your condition and really showcases expertise in his field, but not in an arrogant manner.

I've been coming to this office for a few years now. The providers are kind and take care of the…read morepatients. Their office staff can use some organization and communication skills. They don't communicate with one another. I've had two different girls calling me regarding my sons health through out the day and they can't seem to get it together. For about 3 days they been calling to see what hospital my son went to but I've told them 3 times and sent lab results to them, then when you say something about it, they are condescending and have an attitude. That is not how a medical office should be. I love this office but geez. This is frustrating. Providers are great. Is anyone else having the same issues with this office ? The only way it changes is if you say something.

Then I found their phone number. I left three messages with their answering service (an actual human who told me someone would call me back) over the course of a week. No one ever called me back.

If you need a referral, lab results, anything requiring effort and follow through by staff... good luck, they will misplace, lose or ignore it. Calling to make an appointment? Careful, that really annoys staff. Need results or paperwork? Plan to make multiple requests... and expect them to be hand written because they do not communicate with patients via the internet. No, I'm not kidding! You cannot e-mail your Dr, instead you have to leave any message with the bored and bothered staff.
