Dr. Brierley is very patient, kind, and listens to your concerns. He addresses each one and at the end of the appointment always asks if we covered everything or if there is anything else. I went nearly 8 years without a PCP due the providers that took my insurance not taking new patients. I feel so lucky to have found this medical group. Highly recommended.

It's practically impossible to obtain an appointment with your primary care physician in a timely manner, always 6-9 months out! Now apparently you cannot be seen in the office for the same issue within a 2 week window. But after finding out they have 2,500 patients per doctor I will be finding a new primary care doctor. I am consistently rushed during appointments and not heard at all. Pushing more medication at me that I don't want, I want resolutions not the pain masked! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE! I will however agree that Dr. Blu is absolutely amazing and it's a shame she's working at this office. Would love to change her to my primary care physician, but after my last experience I really am not comfortable remaining a patient there.

But when calling the Dr. Blankenship office I was asked why? They didn't want scheduled at first I finally got an appointment for March 3rd. Then after telling that's what the hospital staff told me to do. I get the appointment and when going to see the doctor he came into the room and asked why am I here. When he was the one who told me to go to the emergency room. Then he only listened to my heart and lungs the nurse only checked my blood pressure. He told me to reschedule and get lab work done. I told him I'm having horrible fatigue and shortness of breath my heart rate spikes from just walking to the kitchen and even in the doctor office waiting room. The staff continued doing what they were doing with no concern. I had to ask him to put me on disability he did reluctantly did that. I had all of my disability and leave of absence filled out all they had to do is fill out their form. After I got home I was told that they don't fill out online disability forms. I would have to fill out the paper form and mail it. I told them several times I filled out my half they just needed to fill out disability form b which is the doctors part. So I go fill it out and they call back and said it was ready. They tore off my section and copied the one I filled out online. So another four weeks wasted between the appointment and the debacle with the disability paperwork on their end. It didn't get to the Edd disability office until March 25th. I go back for the next appointment for the results of the lab work. Once again he either doesn't care or hates his job. The nurse did only the blood again and he came in clueless he only asked if I wanted my prescriptions refilled. If I didn't ask him about my disability and what the results were he would have left after 5-10 minutes and 10 minutes is being generous. He told me my kidneys were getting worse and my red blood count was high. I told him I could barely breathe when I walking he said he doesn't do do disability paperwork go have my cardiologist or nephrologist fill it out even though he's my primary physician. I'm in desperate need of a good primary doctor who cares about my patients especially patients who have heart failure and chronic kidney disease and fatigue. I'm going to get back to work and have a heart attack or a stroke at home or worse at work.

Upon first visit Dr. DePaz ordered x-rays. He found nothing on the x-rays; however my husband was still in dire pain. We went back to Dr. DePaz hoping he would order other tests to further investigate the situation. My husband had to basically beg Dr. DePaz to do anything about the situation. Dr. DePaz figured since there was nothing on the x-rays, my husband was fine and could go back to work. He can NOT!! Dr. DePaz told my husband if he didn't like the way in which he himself was handling it, he could find someone else to see him. I myself had problems with DePaz several years ago. I'm 58. I've seen a lot of doctors in my time, and I'd have to say he is the worst physician I've ever dealt with!
