Now apparently you cannot be seen in the office for the same issue within a 2 week window. But after finding out they have 2,500 patients per doctor I will be finding a new primary care doctor. I am consistently rushed during appointments and not heard at all. Pushing more medication at me that I don't want, I want resolutions not the pain masked! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE! I will however agree that Dr. Blu is absolutely amazing and it's a shame she's working at this office. They always greet me politely and talk to me as if we've been friends for years. Dr. Gil has been there for my last pregnancy and was great. The only hard thing is my weight, since iv had 3 back to back babies, it is assumed iv been heavy all my life when I actually was an athlete before having them. Lastly, Dr. Diego is awesome, so sweet and caring, it feels like iv known her forever. Iv seen her when my Dr was out sick and she is awesome. They eye each other and give looks that can make patients feel uncomfortable. Also, don't bother arriving early because no matter how early you check in, you will still be called back after your appointment time. I've waited 10-20 minutes past my appointment time just to be taken back, then another 15-20 minutes waiting in the room. I completely understand that sometimes appointments run longer because patients bring up additional concerns, but at some point those concerns should be scheduled for another visit out of fairness to patients who arrived on time for their appointments.
