I got out of the hospital and was told by the doctors in the hospital to get a follow up. That was February 14th when I was discharged. But when calling the Dr. Blankenship office I was asked why? They didn't want scheduled at first I finally got an appointment for March 3rd. Then after telling that's what the hospital staff told me to do. I get the appointment and when going to see the doctor he came into the room and asked why am I here. When he was the one who told me to go to the emergency room. Then he only listened to my heart and lungs the nurse only checked my blood pressure. He told me to reschedule and get lab work done. I told him I'm having horrible fatigue and shortness of breath my heart rate spikes from just walking to the kitchen and even in the doctor office waiting room. The staff continued doing what they were doing with no concern. I had to ask him to put me on disability he did reluctantly did that. I had all of my disability and leave of absence filled out all they had to do is fill out their form. After I got home I was told that they don't fill out online disability forms. I would have to fill out the paper form and mail it. I told them several times I filled out my half they just needed to fill out disability form b which is the doctors part. So I go fill it out and they call back and said it was ready. They tore off my section and copied the one I filled out online. So another four weeks wasted between the appointment and the debacle with the disability paperwork on their end. It didn't get to the Edd disability office until March 25th. I go back for the next appointment for the results of the lab work. Once again he either doesn't care or hates his job. The nurse did only the blood again and he came in clueless he only asked if I wanted my prescriptions refilled. If I didn't ask him about my disability and what the results were he would have left after 5-10 minutes and 10 minutes is being generous. He told me my kidneys were getting worse and my red blood count was high. I told him I could barely breathe when I walking he said he doesn't do do disability paperwork go have my cardiologist or nephrologist fill it out even though he's my primary physician. I'm in desperate need of a good primary doctor who cares about my patients especially patients who have heart failure and chronic kidney disease and fatigue. I'm going to get back to work and have a heart attack or a stroke at home or worse at work. read more

Please don't go to this doctor. I don't know if he's burned out or he hates his job. He doesn't even look up from the chart.

not sure what kind of family medicine doc refuses to fill diabetes meds but I sure as hell wouldn't want to see one that just leaves a patient without their medication. read more

Blankenship's office scheduled what they called "a six month checkup" for my 91 year old dad. My dad prepared a short list of things that were bothering him. Blankenship came in the room and complained that he couldn't find my dad's charts on the computer and said nothing else. He took my dad's blood pressure, listened to his lungs, heart. My dad started to explain the items on the list and Blankenship got very irritated and very rude. He said he didn't have time to talk about the items on the list and would not. I told him this was supposed to be a 6 month checkup and why were we there if not to talk about my dad's health. He said he was only going to check my dad's blood pressure. He said he would walk us out, but instead ran off. He did something similar last year, but we thought we would give him another chance. "Dr" Bradley Blankenship should not be allowed to call himself a doctor. From my indirect vantage point, he appears to be one of the most arrogant, unresponsive and ineffective physicians I have heard of, and I have worked with physicians as clients and business partners for over 20 years. I know a lot of doctors. This guy is a zero in my book. read more

I recently had to see Dr Blankenship again, I had no choice because I was very sick and he was the on call Dr. The visit was during covid crisis and I had just returned from Mexico. I had been vomiting and diarrhea for 6 days. I went in to a room they had set up away from other patients, he walked in and said he had to do a covid test. Did the covid test and said we will let you know when the results come back. He never asked me any questions and didn't give me anything for the vomiting and diarrhea. I don't think he even knew why I was there. He literally has the worst bedside manners I have ever dealt with. Only gave him 1 star so I can post the review. read more

I'm giving 1 star because I have to. I had switched doctors and started seeing Dr. Blankenship only because all the other doctors at Cornerstone were not accepting new patients. During my initial visit I mentioned I had lump in my throat about 2 yrs prior, I was referred for an ultra sound. Turned out it was benign and the lump broke. I mentioned that I was experiencing a scratchy throat, sore throat, trouble swallowing, food getting caught. He felt my throat and said he didn't feel anything. During all my other routine visits, I mentioned the same thing and asked for another ultra sound. He refused, stating he didn't feel anything. Long story short, I went to another doctor b/c of his lack of interest, he doesn't listen, and felt he was just there to give his 15 min he's supposed to. Well, I got that ultra sound, the doctor also ordered a cat scan. Turns out I have chronic thyroiditis (Hashimoto disease), and will eventually need to have my thyroid removed. Oh, and by the way, my new doctor didn't feel anything either. read more

Awful doctor! He does not go above and beyond to make sure that his patients are taken care of, and his bedside manner is comparable to a Llama! My husband has been his patient for over 20 years and has a hx of back surgery. Recently, he has been suffering with debilitating pain and asked for a referral to go back to his neurologist. There were a couple of easy hoops that Blankenship needed to jump through to get the referral done, but he refused. Shame on him! We had to reach out to my husband's neurologist office for help and thankfully, they came through. My husband is now looking for another doctor. If you want a doctor that cares about you and your family, Blankenship is not the guy for you. read more

Just another doctor who only listens to the first 3 seconds of what their patients say, then throws different antiobiotics at you until you get frustrated and go away. This doc has done no labs on me, only met with me once during which I was ignored and spoken to condescendingly, but is content to keep prescribing courses of random antibiotics, by phone. read more

Am SO glad I found Dr. Blankenship. After years of various doctors who mis-diagnose and others who push antibiotics at you needlessly, I found him to be extremely collaborative; making sure I understand my condition, explaining various treatment options and helping me toward the best and safest. He really listens to me and genuinely cares about my well being. At last I understand my condition and am in much better health. I no longer have to second-guess the treatments I receive and worry about what the outcome will be, as I did with other physicians. After being misdiagnosed for years, this Dr. discovered that my husband needed to have his gallbladder removed. He had it removed just in time too! The surgeon said it was infected & it should've been taken out years prior!!!. We feel very grateful for Dr. Blankenship's care! read more

I have gone to Cornerstone for years. A few years ago, I took my daughter in as she had been getting sick often while at college. My own doctor was not in so we saw Dr. Blankenship. He said she had Mono and sent us home even tough I told him I didn't not think that was the case as this was getting chronic. I asked him to do a test. By the next day, her neck was swollen twice it's size, fever and vomiting. Called and was told by Dr. Terzo (on call) this was not an ER situation and to call the office when it opened. I hung up the phone and ran my daughter over to Memorial ER where the Triage nurse told me she should have been under a doctor's care I said she IS under a doctor's care. ER doc saw her and immediately checked for throat abcess, started and IV with antibiotics and ran blood work. She did not have Mono, she had an acute tonsil infection. Even though I go to this practice, I refuse to see either of these doctors. read more

I am a patient of Dr.Terzo but, I had a earache that I had been dealing with for several days. When I called I was told that I could be seen by the "on call dr" which I appreciated due to the fact that I was in pain and it was short notice, I must say this office does do their best to accommodate when you have a problem. My issue was with Dr. Blankenship himself he listened to me explain my situation for 5 seconds at the most. He looked at my ear told me I had a bulging eardrum and infection, then gave me a Rx for an antibiotic. I then asked him to please clean out my ear as my primary dr has done in the past and he refused. I asked for drops to numb the pain due to the fact that my ear was throbbing at this point he said they no longer make them. I asked for a rx for pain and he then began asking about unrelated prescriptions that I take and for the reasons I take them? He was extremely condescending and made me feel like the pain I was in was not valid. Very unprofessional and unkind.. I would not recommend him to anyone. read more
