My reward for hitting my Weight Watchers goal of 40 pounds down was a new pair of walking shoes because success begets success - and let the party continue! I first looked at the clearance rack. Sadly, the selection was pretty picked over. So I went to look at New Balance, a brand I consider tried and true. A really knowledgeable salesman explained the features and benefits of four different levels of shoes. I didn't buy by price, I bought on benefit and am really happy with my selection. It's so comfortable and supportive. The salesman measured my feet and - whoops - I've been buying too small shoes for a while. Now with a comfortable expansive toe box, good arch support and a heel construction that feels wrapped around the back of my foot I am seriously happy and walking on. Thanks for the help, Stan's. If you need a pair of men's dress or casual shoes or a belt, this is your place! This location stocks factory seconds and top quality shoes. Factory seconds are shoes which have minor defects of blemishes. Much of the time it is a no brainer to take a significant discount and get the seconds. However, take a look and make sure there is nothing wrong with the shoe that you are not satisfied with visually. All of the shoes will last for years with proper care and having the soles replaced when they need it. Did I mention that? You can wear out the soles of your shoes and have them replaced when they need to be... these shoes last much longer than anything you can buy at regular department stores. The one downfall to these shoes compared to "normal" men's shoes that you can buy at a department store is that they are not as resistant to water and scratches on the leather uppers. If you aren't used to taking care of your shoes it may be a bit of an adjustment, as these will require some regular maintenance compared to the rubber soles and low quality sealed leather of department store shoes. Wearing most of these shoes in the snow and rain will have negative effects on them after a few times so be ready to protect them! I would recommend going in and trying on a few pairs! Make sure you get measured so that you actually know what size shoes to get! There is a nearly unbelievable amount of sizes and widths to choose from!

I've never left a review on Yelp before I must leave a negative review for this store as I was…read morehugely disappointed in them today. Today I used them as a verification process for a local trade on some shoes. The shoes in question were DS Rookie of the Year retro 1s. These shoes was a Xmas gift from last year and came with the receipt from House of Hoops. I buy Jordan's to WEAR. I'm not a reselling. I own probably 35 pairs of Jordan's. Never ever sold or swapped a pair. Anyways, due to the color scheme I've never gotten around to actually rock these shoes due to I don't hv many outfits to match. Although I did buy a matching hat. Lol. Anyways, I say all that to say that I'm NOT a reseller. I decided to off these shoes and cop sumthing that's more in line with what I actually wear. I had my eyes set on the Obsodian retro 1s. So I posted my Rookie of the Year 1s for sale on Stock X and they sold like days later. I send them in only for Stock X to reject them during the verification process due to missing extra shoe laces that originally came with the shoe. However they did VERIFY it as authentic and Dead Stock and placed a VERIFICATION BADGE on the shoes. But sent the shoes back to me. (Again, due to missing extra shoe strings). I have since found the shoe strings in my dresser drawer. But instead of dealing with the hassle of sending them back to Stock X, I found a local buyer who had the Obsidian 1s. So agreed to swap. It was MY IDEA to meet at a reseller store for authentication becuz I wanted to verify what this guy had to be authentic. It turns out Powerhouse Kickz told the guy my shoes were fufu. The shoes that were originally purchased at House of Hoops AND verified by Stock X. (With verification badge still on shoe) They told me and my buyer that Stock X sell fake shoes. I informed him that they WEREN'T purchased from Stock X just verified. He said well Stock X is a person and they make mistakes. Bro, ur a person too. So my buyer passed, naturally. I'm just super pissed that they're verification process is flawed.

We had just left a well‑known outdoor recreation store feeling completely discouraged. On a whim, we stopped at Michael's after noticing they carried a brand that specializes in wide widths. She chose a pair of Irish Setter boots that felt great in the store, but after wearing them around the house for a while, they started to feel too narrow. When we called, the associate told us to bring them back and explained our options: we could try the next wider size or have the boots professionally stretched. After trying on the wider pair, my daughter decided to have the original boots stretched instead. She wore them on a hiking trip shortly afterward and found them to be very comfortable. The service and willingness to problem‑solve made all the difference.

Florsheim men's tux plain-toe oxfords. After we compared them to two other pairs of similar shoes on Nordstrom's site, we decided to go with the Florsheim shoes from Macy's. We placed the order through Macy's and it was fulfilled by this Florsheim facility in Glendale, Wisconsin. The shoes cost $110 plus $9.79 in sales tax, so $119.79. Standard shipping was free. The shoes arrived in less than a week. As soon as I unboxed them, we were both immediately impressed with the look of the shoes. They looked just as good in person as they did in the professional pictures on the website. However, we all know the true test is the fit. I've returned or exchanged numerous shoes over the years because, while the shoes looked great, they did not fit great. To my delight, these shoes fit well on the first try. I was pleasantly surprised and happy. I used the "True Fit" feature on Macy's website -- I entered in info about a couple shoes I already owned (brand and size) and the True Fit feature recommended what size I should order these particular shoes in. It worked. If you see True Fit while shopping for shoes online, I highly recommend taking advantage of it. It can save you time and hassle later. The lacing was uneven on one of the shoes so that was annoying. Out of the box, the shoes came with the standard and common criss-cross lacing style, but my wife changed them to the neater and cleaner-looking straight bar lacing style. The shoes look perfect. They fit well and are comfortable too with Memory Foam insoles. These aren't my first pair of Florsheims, but they are the first in a long time. They knocked it out of the park with this order.

While I like their products, their shipping program is very poor. My online order appears to have been shipped from a foreign outsource--so now I will be billed for a "Cross-border Fee." If I had been aware of this, I wouldn't have purchased their shoes. My UPS (United Parcel Service) delivery was scheduled for this afternoon and I tracked it digitally for the past week. I made sure that I was home for my delivery. No delivery was even attempted by UPS. They transferred my delivery to the USPS (United States Postal Service) and no tracking numbers or operators that I've called can tell me where my package is or where I can pick it up. Obviously, I won't be sitting at home all weekend for an unscheduled "second" delivery attempt--when the first delivery wasn't even attempted. Very poor form. Perhaps I need to buy my shoes from Red Wing or Wilcox. I wear high-quality boots too--I'll think twice before subsequent purchasing of Florsheim Shoes online.
