I was just picking up some roses, so it wasn't like I was asking for anything too out of the ordinary, but the price was good, the selection was excellent, and I was in and out in little time. It appears as if there is a really good selection of garden supplies, and I plan to return to load up on garden gear in the near future.

I had one issue with one plant I purchased recently and I had to repot and cut most of the foliage off as it had some kind of bacterial infection. I emailed their customer service and sent pictures and they told me that they typically have a 3 day policy (noted for next time-don't take anything home you aren't fully satisfied with it) but that they would refund me for my purchase in this case. Not to mention the staff is always nice when I've come to pick up plant and overall I'm happy with their service. Will definitely continue to shop here.

It was half the size I had ordered and had the wrong colour of ribbon, completely ruining the effect I wanted. I was extremely disappointed. I live 5,000 km away from the recipient and the flowers were significant. They were meant to provide comfort. They were not what I ordered, so they did not do what they were supposed to do.
