I received a call from a woman named Miriam who informed me that my appointment was being cancelled because we were five minutes late. I explained that my husband was literally right around the corner, yet she still insisted the appointment would be cancelled due to their busy schedule. I've never experienced such inflexibility or poor customer service during my time as a patient here. I genuinely hope the front office staff who interact with patients daily receive proper training in basic customer service and communication. A little understanding goes a long way.

Dr. Coon showed great chairside manner and was really helpful with any concerns or questions I had. The building is very conveniently located with a cozy office that is tremendously welcoming. They even set out little snacks and beverages in a mini refrigerator for anyone in the waiting room to enjoy or take with them on the way out. We had some concerns about one of his teeth and wanted to get it checked out with a pediatric dentist. From the moment we walked in the front door, we were met with smiles and warmth. The person at the front desk knew our names, was kind, and so welcoming! We were promptly led to an exam room that had plush toys, play dentist toys, and regular toys. Instead of a chair they have a large sitting bed that you can comfortably sit on with your little one. The hygienist, Kat, was amazing with our son! She brushed his teeth and made sure it was an amazing experience for both of us! Dr. Natalie came in promptly after and did a thorough exam and was so non-judgmental, kind, friendly, and patient! Our little guy was calm, relaxed, and she took the time to play pretend and brush the toy teeth with him! Because of this, the new replacement did not fit and she drilled on the new on in order to try and make it fit. I have had to have a new dentist fix 3 crowns that she did for me. She also was very offended when I asked her to stop sharing her personal life with me and just focus on my teeth. This was by far the most unprofessional dentist I have ever seen. I would not recommend her due to my experience. I hope this review helps others.

The building is really nice. Tvs under the exam seats and in the lobby. Toys and books for kids to read while they wait. Everything looked well kept and clean. The dental assistant that handled my child was beyond perfect with her. My 2 daughters liked Diana and Charlie so much that they are requesting that they have them at their next visit. Okay bummer but okay so, I paid it in full, and they call me three months later saying I still owe more and the reason being was the insurance didn't cover as much. I had already paid $500 over the quoted price. They still harass me everyday for the payment. My sister is a lawyer and my brother in law is the DA and they told me that what they did wasn't even legal so for them to again ask for more money AFTER I already paid way more than quoted is not just wild, it's illegal.
