I immediately felt so comfortable and calm in the office. I wish we were closer and could go to them full time. The office was the cutest and so clean and staff was so friendly. My son noticed we were back to our hotel before our "appointment time started." In hindsight, having the orthodontic emergency was a really good thing because it was really nice to have them look at my son's braces and assure that everything is going well.

When we questioned the bill they refused to provide anything in writing and basically extorted us for the money for their mistake. Pay or we won't finish remove the hardware or finish the contract. You shouldn't have to pay more if you pre pay for service. The office workers were rude and unhelpful. After years of being patients and thousands of dollars all it took was questioning the bill to have them end being our dentists. Went first for a consultation for my daughter, and then for myself; both were quick and efficient…read moreand I like that the cost is clearly laid out and patients have flexibility on payments depending on their downpayment and how many months they'd like to spread those payments throughout. Made my first appointment to take scans and was promptly ushered into a room and given a contract with several highlighted statements requiring my initials. One of the statements was providing blanket consent to 'slenderize' teeth (aka file them down to nubbins.) I said that I did not want that as a part of my treatment plan and was told it was 'required.' I would say that 100% of people that have never had invisalign are unaware that 'slenderizing' is filing your teeth down; a permanent process that can and has gone wrong for some- resulting in teeth that can be uneven, as well as irreparably damaging the tooth's essential protective enamel. Additionally, many patients come to the dentist/orthodontist with either or both anxiety disorders or previous dental trauma and to not only fail to educate patients on the process, but to also provide no problem-solving alternate approaches, and to not offer any anxiety medication management for a supposed 'required' procedure, indicates a doctor that is insensitive to the care of his patients and also implies a 'one-size-fits-all' approach to his methodology.

They stated that they will switch over the whole account including the money once we found an orthodontist in Florida. So I dropped it until this month when I found an ortho here in Florida. My daughter has had to have two phases with her ortho and she has completed phase one which was April 30, 2019 through November 2019 from what I can see in the paperwork. So that is seven months out of the 36 months her plan has called for. I paid $7172! $2787 is all I have received And they've stated that 60% of the treatment has been done. I've contacted this company three times by email and asked for communication to be done through writing which they have ignored all emails for over a week. They refuse to email me me back as to why 60% of the treatment is stated when only seven months of the 36 months has been completed , and where is the rest of the money because from my understanding this does not calculate. They will not further communicate with me to help me understand if someone would like to get in touch with me. At this point that would be great. You have my email. I could never get through to the office directly, and the message box was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. When I finally did get someone on the phone, I struggled to understand them, which made it even more challenging. Overall, I found the communication to be very lacking. It feels like there's a big disconnect between the front desk and the patients. They really need to sort this out because it's difficult to manage appointments or ask questions when you can't reach anyone easily. I have gone elsewhere as i am sure a lot of other potential customers have.
