Rick missed major items that should have been caught... ie; leaking roof, weeping walls, asbestos amongst other things... were you recommended to him by an agent?? If so, red alert-- always hire your own inspector independently from your agent. We used him based on an agents recommendation. Rick is a nice man that doesn't do a thorough job. An inspection should be *at least* 3 hours his was 45 minutes! Avoid. read more
