Goodbye Dents Mobile - Body Shops Near Me

Very quick and efficient, and outstanding work quality to boot. My bumper was actually dinged up in two separate locations. He quoted me a price for both, but recommended that I only fix one of them and then he graciously did a small touch up job on the other section for free and made it totally unnoticeable. The fact that he advised me against paying him more money show incredible integrity! read more

Called this dude to get a quote for some scratches on my car. Had heard good things, probably is good at what he does, but was super rude and spoke down to me about every little thing. When I tried to talk about the process of getting my car repaired he continually interrupted me and was super cold and unhelpful. When I mentioned I didn't like being interrupted he said he didn't wanna help me anymore. read more

A good friend was upset about getting parking scratches on the rear bumper of her Lexus RX350. After seeing the great Yelp reviews of Goodbye Dents Mobile, I suggested she have them fix the bumper. With her busy schedule, I made the arrangements to get the job done. I sent pictures of the bumper scratches and two door scratches via their website. Geno called and said from what he can see from the pictures, it would cost about $450 to repaint the bumper and we scheduled the appointment. Geno arrived a little before the scheduled time, which was great. He inspected that scratches and determined that they were surface scratches and that he could sand and buff out the bumper scratches for $150 and buff out the door scratches for $75 each door. Geno started the job and did a great job in removing the scratches. Returning the car to my friend, she was impressed with the work that was done and was very happy. Especially with a bill of $300. Geno was friendly and personable and did a great job. If I need minor dent and scratches, I would consider GoodBye Dents again. read more

There is only one word to describe Geno and that is AWESOME! Geno stopped by today to make our Camry look much better. Same day appointment so we were very excited. We had a little mishap on our driveway and I accidentally scuffed up our other vehicle while pulling out. The front bumper was scraped and there was a dent put in in the panel above. That's no bueno! Geno provided a couple of routes we could take with our car. First route was to pop out the dent/buff out/remove the scratches. The second route was to do the sanding/spray on color code matched paint if we wanted to. There was never an ounce of pressure and Geno actually wanted us to just take the first route of pulling out the dent and buffing out the scratches. That is pretty honest if you are asking me. After Geno popped out the dent and removed the scratches, we decided to skip the paint. Why you may ask? The reason was it looked so much better than before after he worked his magic. Night and Day really. And the large eyesore in our eyes was gone. Front bumpers accumulate the most wear anyways on a vehicle. We wouldn't hesitate to contact Geno again if we decided to paint it later at some point. We are very happy to have met Geno and used his services today. He knows his stuff and is honest! I would recommend him to all my friends and family. I think Geno may have been a Magician in a previous life. He certainly knows how to make the ugly disappear! Thank you Geno!! read more

Gino did a great job fixing my car after I got into an accident. I had a huge dent, with several deep gouges in them (refer to the Light Blue Toyota Camry LE picture). When I went to other auto body shops, all of them said I had to get my whole bumper replaced, and would cost me about $1000. Even those that were rated 5/5 on Yelp with plenty of reviews recommended this to me. Luckily, I decided to do some more Yelp research and came across Goodbye Dents. I called and simply had to text him pictures of my damages, and he gave me an estimate that it would cost $480. He was very accommodating to my schedule since I work on the weekdays, so it was easy to schedule an appointment with him. He came to my place, and fixed my car within 2 hours. The end result was amazing! I was so impressed that he was able to fix my ugly dent without replacing my bumper. I'm guessing that other auto body shops don't know how to do this, which is why they told me I had to get the whole bumper replaced (or they could have just been dishonest), which would have ended up costing me more than twice the price. Gino, however, is great at this stuff, and can fix dents with deep gouges in them at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him, and wish him the best with his business! read more

I can't believe my good fortune. After my beautiful convertible was hit while parking on the street, knowing I'd have to pay out of pocket I found Gino on Yelp and made the call. He and his brother Raoul came out within the hour, and had the HUGE dent popped out and my entire bumper repainted to as good as new for under $500. And I never had to leave the house. Really? Who wouldn't use this service?? No drilling holes and putty-ing up the car. This was a pro job. No doubt a body shop would have replaced the entire bumper to reduce work for them and at great cost to me. I'm thrilled, and can't recommend Gino enough. His service is top notch, professional, the color matches perfectly, and he was fast and efficient and explained everything along the way. Very knowledgable and honest. I'm so glad I called this service!! read more

Geno did an amazing job fixing our car after I scraped the front bumper pretty badly. He responded right away with an estimate and was available to come to my house the same day I called. Once he got here he was easy to work with, done in a couple of hours and the car looked fantastic after he finished. All in all a much better experience than dropping our car off at a garage for repairs and getting it back days later. Highly recommended!!! read more

Had a minor fender bender when someone cut it too close and caught my right rear bumper. Knowing that insurance and auto repair shops wanted to replace the entire bumper, a friend recommended Geno. He came to my place, took the time to explain what the process was going to be. I was skeptical at first, but considered my options and decided to let him do the work. Geno is quick, efficient and thorough in his work. A few hours later my bumper looked like new! The paint match is great and one can't tell any work was done, except that, again, it looks like new! Best part, I didn't have to lose use of my car like I would've had it gone to the shop. I'm an Uber/Lyft driver and was able to continue driving that evening. Thank you, Geno, for being direct, honest, friendly and most of all professional! Highly recommend Goodbye Dents for your needs! You can't go wrong! read more

My wife came back with a good size scratch/scrape on the side of our new car. Needless to say, I was devastated. I got quotes from a few reputable shops around town, but they all quoted me $1500 - $2500, which was pretty steep for fixing a cosmetic blemish. (In fact, a few shops even told me it wasn't worth it.) Then I stumbled upon Goodbye Dents Mobile. I read their review and was impressed with their ratings, so I decided to contact him. Geno got back to me immediately, and gave me an estimate based on a few photos I sent over, which nearly a third of what I was quoted from everyone else. He was punctual, arriving a few minutes before our appointment and immediately got work. He was done in a few hours, and I cannot believe there was anything there - it looks brand new. Great communication, no hidden/surprise fee, and best of all, great work. Highly recommended. read more

We had a dent on top of wheel well, passenger side. Sent him photos and received a quote immediately from Brian. He set up a time to come over, repaired it in no time. Responsive and efficient. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Geno and this business

Geno is an experienced and competent professional. I had a deep scratch on the bumper of my Mercedes and called Goodbye Dents for a quote. Geno was extremely responsive when I called and provided a reasonable quote immediately after I texted photos. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day and Gino did an amazing job! He even painted another scratch as a courtesy. I highly recommend Geno and would use him again! read more

Scratched to a wall this morning, got a dent huge scratches. First of, super fast response. I called in 3:50 and he arrived my place around 4:15pm. My car got fixed even before 5. Much more convenient than the other body shop where you have to drive in and wait for couple of days to pick up your car. All I need to do is make a call and wait. And he helped me avoid doing the painting which would cost a lot more. Amazing job done for a reasonable price. 100% recommend read more

Was very impressed! I had a dent since 3 years, I dreaded bringing it to a repair shop all those years because of expected stress and costs. I left voice message for Goodbye Dents last week, they texted back right away, and gave me a quote per text. - They arrived on time, cost was reasonable, and the quality of work almost blew me away. Geno arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and patient. I am returning a leased car after three years and was worried that the dealership would harshly ding me for my small dings and blemishes. My 2008 Toyota Solara convertible had an argument with a grape stake fence and ended up with a dent in the front bumper near the parking light-- there was some painting that needed to be done too.. I read reports in Yelp for dent repair and picked Goodbye Dents from their excellent Yelp reviews. I WAS NOT disappointed! I called the owner, Genaro Reyes, this morning and he was here by 1:00pm this afternoon. The price he quoted for the work was very reasonable and he repaired the bumper and did the painting right away. My Honda Odyssey had matching dents on the front bumper. They were both good sized dents and one of them had torn through the bumper. I found Goodbye Dents on Google called the number. I talked to Gino and texted him photos of the dents. He texted me back right away and gave me a quote on the phone that was lower than any of the other mobile services I had called. We arranged for a convenient date, and I left the car for him in my driveway at home. While I was at work, he came over and went to work. It took him about 4 hours. When I got home, the car seriously looked like new. He did an incredible job. You can't see a trace of the old dents or the tear and the paint is perfectly matched. I've had mobile services work on my cars in the past and they always leave a little crease or mismatched paint. Not so with Gino at Goodbye Dents. He was professional and easy to communicate with, responded to texts and phone calls right away, and was flexible in setting up a time that worked for my schedule. I'm sure I will get more dents in this car, and Gino will be my first call. read more

Geno and his team did a fantastic job making our minivan look like new again after an unfortunate tilt with a parking lot pole. We couldn't be happier with the service or the value, considering he charged less than half what a body shop would have charged. Highly recommend. read more

We had a great experience in dealing with Goodbye Dents. We called Sunday morning and left a message hoping to hear back and get an estimate when the weekday started. Within an hour the owner, Geno, called back. I described the problem; we have a van that somebody drove past and rammed a recycling can against it, denting the fender into the door so we could not open the door. Geno told us that he could come the following afternoon, Monday, or Tuesday morning and repair it at our location. His estimate was very reasonable and we agreed. He arrived promptly as promised and finished the job quickly. It required a lot of work including repainting a major portion of the fender after the dents were removed. He did an excellent job, you cannot tell there was ever damage to the vehicle and when we first agreed to dent removal, I thought without replacing the fender completely (which he also gave a great estimate for), that we'd see some evidence of dents having been pounded out. We could not be more impressed with Goodbye Dents, the promptness, great rate and excellent end results. Highly recommended, I know we will call him back if we have anything in the future that we can do without having to go to a full service body-shop. read more

I had a deep paint scratch on my front bumper and needed to get it fixed. I called around to find the best deal in the Bay Area, and Geno gave the best offer (another shop charged three times as much...). Geno was friendly, came off as very capable and was very transparent and honest with the process. He jumped right into repairing and fixed the damage much faster than I expected. The best part was at the end, he explained what he had done, and how he had found an easier way to repair the damage so that he would charge me less. I'm very satisfied with how honest the process was. As for the work itself, the bumper looks practically new. I've had other workers repair scratches and they left behind discolored patches, but Geno performed a very high quality repair in contrast. Definitely the go to for the Bay Area if you're looking to fix up something. read more

About 5 weeks ago, I backed into a neighbor's older vehicle and wanted to settle the repairs without involving my insurance company. The damage was primarily some paint transfer with a small dent and a small scratched area that would need painting. I contacted Geno because of the excellent reviews he has received. What I found was something very rare in the service industry. Geno was prompt to respond each time I contacted him, greatly helped me to assess the situation with the other vehicle, and had been absolutely honest and up front in all my dealings with him. To date I have not yet had Geno perform the work on my neighbor's vehicle, only because the neighbor has not yet decided if he should fix his vehicle or settle for its cash value. However, based on my interactions with him, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Geno in the future to do any repairs for me that fall within his realm. I trust that I will always get an honest answer from him and trust that he will always do right by me and my cars. As I said earlier - rare in the service industry! read more

Geno was amazing! He was very prompt when responding to set up appointments. I ran into some timing issues and he was able to still meet me on my route back home.
