There is only one word to describe Geno and that is AWESOME! Geno stopped by today to make our Camry look much better. Same day appointment so we were very excited. We had a little mishap on our driveway and I accidentally scuffed up our other vehicle while pulling out. The front bumper was scraped and there was a dent put in in the panel above. That's no bueno! Geno provided a couple of routes we could take with our car. First route was to pop out the dent/buff out/remove the scratches. The second route was to do the sanding/spray on color code matched paint if we wanted to. There was never an ounce of pressure and Geno actually wanted us to just take the first route of pulling out the dent and buffing out the scratches. That is pretty honest if you are asking me. After Geno popped out the dent and removed the scratches, we decided to skip the paint. Why you may ask? The reason was it looked so much better than before after he worked his magic. Night and Day really. And the large eyesore in our eyes was gone. Front bumpers accumulate the most wear anyways on a vehicle. A good friend was upset about getting parking scratches on the rear bumper of her Lexus RX350. After seeing the great Yelp reviews of Goodbye Dents Mobile, I suggested she have them fix the bumper. With her busy schedule, I made the arrangements to get the job done. I sent pictures of the bumper scratches and two door scratches via their website. Geno called and said from what he can see from the pictures, it would cost about $450 to repaint the bumper and we scheduled the appointment. Geno arrived a little before the scheduled time, which was great. He inspected that scratches and determined that they were surface scratches and that he could sand and buff out the bumper scratches for $150 and buff out the door scratches for $75 each door. Geno started the job and did a great job in removing the scratches. Returning the car to my friend, she was impressed with the work that was done and was very happy. Especially with a bill of $300. Geno was friendly and personable and did a great job. If I need minor dent and scratches, I would consider GoodBye Dents again. read more

Gino did a great job fixing my car after I got into an accident. I had a huge dent, with several deep gouges in them (refer to the Light Blue Toyota Camry LE picture). When I went to other auto body shops, all of them said I had to get my whole bumper replaced, and would cost me about $1000. Even those that were rated 5/5 on Yelp with plenty of reviews recommended this to me. Luckily, I decided to do some more Yelp research and came across Goodbye Dents. I called and simply had to text him pictures of my damages, and he gave me an estimate that it would cost $480. He was very accommodating to my schedule since I work on the weekdays, so it was easy to schedule an appointment with him. He came to my place, and fixed my car within 2 hours. The end result was amazing! I was so impressed that he was able to fix my ugly dent without replacing my bumper. I'm guessing that other auto body shops don't know how to do this, which is why they told me I had to get the whole bumper replaced (or they could have just been dishonest), which would have ended up costing me more than twice the price. He and his brother Raoul came out within the hour, and had the HUGE dent popped out and my entire bumper repainted to as good as new for under $500. And I never had to leave the house. Really? Scratched to a wall this morning, got a dent huge scratches. First of, super fast response. I called in 3:50 and he arrived my place around 4:15pm. My car got fixed even before 5. My Honda Odyssey had matching dents on the front bumper. They were both good sized dents and one of them had torn through the bumper. I found Goodbye Dents on Google called the number. About 5 weeks ago, I backed into a neighbor's older vehicle and wanted to settle the repairs without involving my insurance company. The damage was primarily some paint transfer with a small dent and a small scratched area that would need painting. I contacted Geno because of the excellent reviews he has received. What I found was something very rare in the service industry. Geno was prompt to respond each time I contacted him, greatly helped me to assess the situation with the other vehicle, and had been absolutely honest and up front in all my dealings with him. To date I have not yet had Geno perform the work on my neighbor's vehicle, only because the neighbor has not yet decided if he should fix his vehicle or settle for its cash value. We had a great experience in dealing with Goodbye Dents. We called Sunday morning and left a message hoping to hear back and get an estimate when the weekday started. Within an hour the owner, Geno, called back. I described the problem; we have a van that somebody drove past and rammed a recycling can against it, denting the fender into the door so we could not open the door. Geno told us that he could come the following afternoon, Monday, or Tuesday morning and repair it at our location. His estimate was very reasonable and we agreed. He arrived promptly as promised and finished the job quickly. It required a lot of work including repainting a major portion of the fender after the dents were removed. He did an excellent job, you cannot tell there was ever damage to the vehicle and when we first agreed to dent removal, I thought without replacing the fender completely (which he also gave a great estimate for), that we'd see some evidence of dents having been pounded out.
