I hope and pray that for the rest of my life, I never have to choose any other way for my animals. There were no slippery metal exam tables, no motion-sick car rides filled with trembling terror, no buzz of harsh fluorescent lights, and no chaotic waiting rooms thick with antiseptic and distress. Just a few years before, we'd had a traumatic experience which left a lot of regret and lingering ache when we lost our Golden Retriever, Dennis (da-best dog), a few years ago. With Stilly, everything was peaceful and beautiful. He remained in his kingdom. He rested on his beloved floor pouf--the throne he stubbornly claimed over every plush bed we ever bought him--bathed in familiar scents and a square of afternoon sun requested just for him. There was only reverence, quiet air, and the hands of the people who adored him. He drifted away knowing absolute safety, deep warmth, and devotion. Walking a soul to the veil in the very sanctuary he filled with love for fifteen years is a profound privilege, but it was Dr. Kelly's gentle presence that carried us across that threshold. Before anything began, she asked the question that cut straight through the guilt and doubt: If there were a magic pill that could make him better, would you give it to him? The instant answer was yes. And when the follow-up came--and would it make him truly well again?--the truth anchored us. In that single, compassionate moment, she lifted the burden of the decision from our shoulders and framed it as what it truly was: a final act of mercy. Every detail that followed was grounded in extraordinary tenderness--the quiet reverence with which she pressed his paw print into soft white clay, the gift of a gentle Mr. Rogers book on grief left for our hearts, and above all, her boundless, unhurried patience while we poured our final whispered goodbyes into his fur. She didn't simply provide veterinary care; she held the space so steady that grief had room to breathe. I don't know how Dr. Kelly carries the weight of what she does, but she gave our boy the most peaceful exit imaginable, and for that, our family will be endlessly grateful.

I scheduled a hospice consult for my sweet 13 year old lab and received a quick response with a call from Jennifer. Even though I never met Jennifer, I felt like she was holding my hand during the whole process. When it was time for our hospice consult, Dr. Chandler came to our house and assessed our boy along with going over quality of life. She even gave him a treatment before she left to see if it would help his mobility. After the consult, I received a very thorough email from Dr. Chandler giving me a breakdown of my dog's prognosis along with some treatment options. She reached out to other mobile vets on my behalf and provided helpful links for every option of care that she gave me. Jennifer also followed up to check on Oakley to see how he was doing. When it was time to make the decision for me to let him go, I texted Dr. Chandler (after hours on her day off). She still responded. She came out a couple days later to our home and we were able to give him a peaceful goodbye on our lawn, which was his favorite place. Dr. Chandler treated Oakley with such care and dignity from start to finish. Jennifer also called me again to check on my wellbeing a week after we said goodbye. Dr. Chandler reached out to me on a Saturday to let me know she had Oakley. He was ready to return home. She worked with us on getting him back and even went as far as matching the tissue paper to the color of his fur for the packaging. She also included a beautiful dog card along with his name which was handwritten. It lays against the paw print and clipping of his hair she gave us. I hope I provided enough details as to why Love Always is not only the best, but the only option I would ever use when having someone take care of my beloved companions.

I called her to come do a checkup on all of my seep and goats, and she caught a bunch of things I hadn't noticed, which ultimately resulted in saving the life of one of my goat which I had no idea was showing the onset of pneumonia. I am new to farm life, and one the services she offers is an on-site instructional course on how to properly care for the animals that you have. I couldn't recommend her more to anyone needing veterinary services.

I was hesitant to call Dr Clark because she only had one review here, so after my positive…read moreexperience with her, under the most terrible conditions ever, I thought it was only fair to add another review to her profile. A few days ago, my nearly 20 year old cat, who had been my child since he was a tiny kitten, hit rock bottom in his long battle with kidney failure. I knew that if I didn't make the choice that nearly all furrchild parents dread, euthanasia, that very soon pain and misery would follow, and that opinion was far worse than the other. I couldn't bear my baby to suffer any more than he already was. But, he had always been scared of the car and hated the vet. He cried the entire time in the car every time and even tried to hide under the towel in his carrier. So, I didn't want the final hour of his life to be spent scared and stressed. I had heard of in-home euthanasia on a random website about feline kidney failure and I knew that if it was possible (meaning in my area and not cost prohibitive) that would be ideal. If my baby was not going to pass away gently at home naturally, it could at least still happen at home, on his favorite spot in our bed, with my husband and I cuddling him. I called Dr Clark when I knew without a doubt that if something was not done soon, he would begin to suffer. We had a lovely conversation where she made me feel quite comfortable and she scheduled the dreaded appt for later that same day. As the day went on, kitty continued to get worse and worse. I began to worry that something bad might happen even before our appt, so I called her back and explained my fears, and she worked it out so that she could get to us even sooner. I'll spare the details, but having Dr Clark perform in-home euthanasia, rather than dragging my poor sick boy to the vet, was probably the best decision I ever made. It was the most caring decision I could have made for him. He was not stressed out at all. He was peaceful and relaxed. He was the him that I knew. We were able to share quality time right up to the second he passed away, which I know would have never happened in a vet situation, because he would have been too freaked out to just be his sweet loving self. It all happened so peacefully that I couldn't even believe it really happened. I couldn't believe it could be that gentle. He just drifted off to sleep like any other time, in the same spot he always slept. Dr Clark's bedside manner was lovely. She took time to get to know my baby and even kissed his head. He seemed completely at ease with her. Dr Clark gave my husband and I plenty of time to cuddle him before the single shot (which he didn't even seem to feel). I didn't feel rushed at all. I never felt like it was a service and it felt very personal. Even the way she spoke and her presence was soothing. The decision to put a beloved furrchild to sleep is an awful decision to have to consider, but I strongly believe that in-home euthanasia makes it less awful, and much kinder and less traumatic for our furrkid's and us. And, it's NOT cost prohibitive. Not at all. I found another website that offered in-home services that seemed much more about the money, and it turned me off right away. Dr. Clark was not at all like that and I found her price to be quite reasonable and I found her to be an angel. If you have to make this terrible choice, I very strongly recommend her. And, if she is not available in your area, I still strongly recommend in-home care. I only wish my other kitty who passed away two years ago would have been able to pass so gently.

I had been hearing about this center for a while and finally booked my 2 dogs their cleanings. I've had one of my dogs cleaning 2 years ago and it cost me around $2k for a deep cleaning with extractions. I paid just a little over $1k for both dogs cleanings and one included several extractions. Staff were all professional and super friendly during pick up/checkout. Every single person I met was so kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my dog. You can tell they do this because they love helping animals and the people who love them. My dog had severe Stage 4 periodontal disease and was in so much pain. He needed a lot of dental work and many extractions. I had been calling vet after vet, but every estimate was far beyond what I could afford. As someone with a limited income, I felt completely helpless. It broke my heart knowing he was suffering while I was desperately trying to figure out how to help him. This clinic gave me hope when I felt like I had run out of options. Not only did they take amazing care of my dog, but their prices made it possible for me to get him the treatment he desperately needed. Even with all of his extractions, the total was less than $600, including antibiotics and pain medication. I honestly couldn't believe it. Because of this clinic, my dog no longer has to live in constant pain. That means more to me than words can ever express. Thank you for giving people like me the chance to care for the pets we love so much without having to go into overwhelming debt. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything you do. You truly made a difference in both my dog's life and mine. I will never forget your kindness, and I recommend this clinic with all my heart.

Having to say goodbye to our sweet Mini Australian Shepherd, Magic, was one of the hardest days of our lives. From the moment Dr. Sam arrived, she treated both us and Magic with extraordinary compassion, patience, and respect. She explained every step of the process, answered our questions without ever making us feel rushed, and gave us all the time we needed. Her calm, gentle presence turned what could have been an overwhelmingly stressful experience into one filled with peace and dignity. After Magic passed, Dr. Sam lovingly wrapped him in a blanket embroidered with the words "Love and Dignity." Those weren't just words - they reflected exactly how she cared for him. We chose private cremation, and when it was time for Dr. Sam to take Magic with her, my husband carried him to her vehicle. I expected it to be a simple transfer into the back of a car. Instead, the rear of her vehicle had been thoughtfully prepared. It was beautifully arranged with flowers, and Magic was gently laid in the center with the same care and reverence that had been shown throughout the entire visit. It reminded me of a hearse - not because it was sad, but because it conveyed something so important: this wasn't just the body of "another dog." This was a cherished member of our family who mattered, and he was treated that way until the very end. That moment will stay with me forever. If you are facing one of the most heartbreaking decisions a pet owner can make, I cannot recommend Dr. Sam Counts and Lap of Love highly enough. They didn't just help Magic leave this world peacefully - they honored his life, our love for him, and the bond we shared. For that, we will always be grateful.
