It felt like having a long-lost friend in the room; she even sat on the floor with us to say goodbye to my 18-year-old Maddie. I was especially grateful for her specialized approach for cats she uses a gentle, sting-free method that made the process peaceful. Cats are known to hold on and suffer longer than they should, and without her, I know Maddie would have continued to struggle, and I would have been heartbroken watching it. She saved us both from unnecessary trauma. If you need someone who is spectacular, easy to be around, and truly understands the bond we have with our pets, she is the one to call."

Thanksgiving evening she became worse, and her back legs started giving out. She was falling more and more and unable to get back up on her own, and that was really the final sign to me that is was time. I researched online but a few options had no availability until after the weekend. I found Linda's website and sent her an email that night, but really didn't hold much hope. However, early Friday morning when I grabbed my phone intending to call our local vet (which I was dreading by the way), to my surprise was a text from Linda saying that she had an opening that morning. The last thing I wanted to do was to take Sadie up to my vet's office- they are great, but having to subject my beloved pet into a place that would just stress her out in her final moments was not something I wanted to endure. Linda was warm and gentle, making the whole experience so much better. Sadie was comfortable in her own bed in her own environment, and my wife and I could not have been happier. Still extremely difficult, but so much better with Linda. I cannot recommend her enough!

The Saturday the morning of December 28th we called Dr. Kelly and she made time to come to our home and help us in saying goodbye to our boy. I haven't been able to write about it without drowning my keyboard in tears until now......... Bentley knew! He lost his bag legs and couldn't walk yet met Dr. Chandler at the door then walked in with her and laid on the carpet. He knew why she was there and he was ready. This is 3 days after Christmas mind you and she made time for us. We were so appreciative of her and her services. She made one of the hardest things you go through in your life so much easier. She didn't rush at all, she let us love on him and say goodbye. We recommend this Doctor 100% if you are ever in need of this kind of service, look no further....

She and her nurse, Jennifer, replied quickly and sympathetically to our need for someone to help us through the very difficult decision of when to euthanize our beloved pet. Dr. Chandler soon made a home visit and assessed Abby as near the end of her life. She made astute observations and discussed our family members' "Quality of Life" Assessments to help determine each person's viewpoints and readiness to proceed to euthanasia. She delicately responded to each of us. She offered various treatments to support Abby. We received a three-page, typewritten summary of her visit and recommendations the very next day. She kept in touch via telephone throughout our period of indecision. Thankfully, when the time arrived, Dr. Chandler was able to rearrange her schedule to come back and provide a peaceful passing for our girl. We are so grateful for her competency, communicativeness, empathy, and overall ability to provide the services we needed. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She and Jennifer were our family's angels.

Dr. Conner at Constant Companion was an absolute blessing during the hardest time of my life…read more My dog was diagnosed with a terminal neurological condition two months ago. She was not in pain, but her condition changed minute to minute--sometimes worse, sometimes better--depending on progression and medication response. Deciding when to let her go was incredibly difficult. What I knew without hesitation was that, due to her severe stress at the vet, I did not want her final moments to be anywhere but home. Unfortunately, securing an at‑home appointment isn't always easy, and my biggest fear was that her condition would suddenly decline and I wouldn't be able to get someone to my house in time--forcing her last moments to be spent frightened at a clinic. Dr. Conner completely removed that fear and stress. She worked around our needs, scheduled appointments with incredible flexibility, and canceled or adjusted them without guilt or pressure. Her number one concern was always my little girl's comfort and dignity. That flexibility gave me the greatest gift anyone could offer in this situation--the ability to make the right decision at the right time, without the added stress of trying to force such a deeply personal moment into an external calendar beyond my control. Dr. Conner's compassion, patience, and understanding meant everything to us. I will forever be grateful. I used copilot to finalize my thoughts but the above is 100 percent accurate reflection of my experience.

A beautiful flower was placed beside his resting body. It meant so much to know our boy was finally taken care of by someone outside of his family. In a moment when I felt completely heartbroken, they were a bright light. I am deeply grateful that a place like this exists, where our beloved fur babies are given the same dignity and thoughtful farewell that humans receive. It brought me comfort I didn't know I could feel on a day like that. I can't thank them enough for helping me honor my boy in the most meaningful way.
