Dr. Stacy came highly recommended by my sister, and I can honestly say she has been an absolute game changer for our family and our pets. We have a very dramatic (and wonderfully stubborn) senior Doberman that we rescued seven years ago. Nail trims used to be a nightmare because he refused to let anyone touch his feet, which often meant expensivevet visits and sedation just to get his nails clipped. Having Dr. Stacy come to our home eliminated so much of that stress, for both us and our dog. But what truly impressed me was how she helped us finally solve his chronic ear infections. We had been spending $400+ at our previous veterinary clinic every month or two treating recurring infections, only to learn that the underlying issue was never really being addressed. Dr. Stacy took the time to educate us on what was actually happening, how to prevent future infections, and how to properly care for his ears. Thanks to her guidance, he's been ear infection-free for months and is so much happier and more comfortable. She has also helped us better understand the needs of our aging dog and guided us toward a more effective care plan overall. At 10 years old, he's thriving. He walks around like the regal gentleman he believes he is, and I feel confident knowing he's comfortable, happy, and not suffering. What I appreciate most about Dr. Stacy is that she genuinely treats your pets like they are her priority. She has no problem getting down on the floor, squeezing into a bathroom closet, or working wherever she needs to in your home to make your animal feel safe and comfortable. I'm sure she makes a lot more $ off of euthanasia than actually providing vet care, or at least that's how my experience with her felt. I have a dog with extreme fear and anxiety about going to the vet, so I was initially thrilled to find someone who could come to the house for exam and lab work for my senior dog that was having health issues. Really disappointing experience with her follow-up care, and willingness to guide me through what was a very serious diagnosis with my dog. Lab results were not sent for almost a week after she received them, refused to make recommendations on any options that might help him (other than a vague "diet change"), was extremely difficult when asked to provide a written prescription for dog food that she wanted me to purchase thru her vs ordering online at a much more reasonable price, and never once followed up to see how he was doing after the fact. Fast forward to today ... my dog, that she basically gave a death sentence to, is doing great, thanks to the guidance and caring of a different local vet (who, by the way, has been more than willing to do "virtual" consultations with us, understanding that vet visits are extremely stressful for my boy). I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a mobile vet to provide actual care vs euthanasia. I rarely feel compelled to take the time to write a review, but I feel like the lack of professionalism and actual veterinary care of this business needs to be shared. read more

I agree wholeheartedly with all previous reviews. I am so grateful that Dr. Stacy was able to help our sweet 13-year-old German Shepherd, Caliber (Cal), pass away comfortably in our home. Cal was anxious every time we went to the vet; therefore, we wanted to try at-home euthanasia so that he could pass peacefully -- and he truly did. He passed on his favorite dog bed in his favorite spot just after he ate a treat with my partner and I petting him (and without any signs of stress whatsoever). Dr. Stacy's approach was remarkable. She went straight to Cal when she walked in the door and built rapport with him immediately. She listened to our concerns, walked us through the process, and answered all of our questions. She had the perfect balance of keeping us informed of her every step while allowing us to take the time we needed to grieve. Her compassion for Cal as well as me and my partner was exactly what we needed to say goodbye. Logistically, Dr. Stacy was a terrific communicator -- she was quick to respond to my online inquiry via her website and well as subsequent text messages (even one late at night when Cal took a turn for the worse). Our much loved kitty of 15 years was suffering from renal failure and Dr. Stacy was able to come by the day after I called. We didn't want to take LG to the vet due to how stressful that would've been for him. We had never used an in home euthanasia service and we're so glad we did. LG got to lay down and be comfortable in one of his favorite spots outside while Stacy administered the anesthesia to put him to sleep.
