Petr was responsive to my inquiry via Yelp and Jason, the plumber who came out was such a nice guy and he did a great job with swapping out and re-sealing the pit lid. The first sump pump that was installed unfortunately had an issue with the lighted plug but they came back out to replace it so it's all good now. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a plumber - he's really one of the nicest plumbers I've met and he'd clearly and patiently answer any questions you may have. Their quote was also competitive. I'd definitely be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs! P.S. if you're unable to reach them at their phone/office number, try messaging them via Yelp. I didn't really have much luck when calling their number but they're always responsive via Yelp/text and would call you back as well.

I contacted Rocket Plumbing again for this year since they did an excellent job last time. Sam and his work partner Louis came and assessed the issues that I had. They also identified the source of the leak from my tenant's bathtub and told me that a separate project would be needed to resolve this issue in the future. Both Sam and Louis were professional throughout the duration of their services and the cost for the repairs was reasonable. Thanks to Sam, Louis, and Rocket Plumbing; you guys have satisfactorily done it again!

They arrived promptly as scheduled, descaled the entire line from the cleanout to the village connection at the street, and cleaned up completely. The job was performed within the 2 hour estimate at a quite reasonable cost considering the age of the pipes (43 years) and their condition. I strongly recommend this plumbing service. Not a man of his word…read more I think he (Jeff) has some issues w/ technology, or attention to detail/follow up... Initially the comms were great, then he disappeared. After some nagging texts (no phone calls/does not answer - just texts) he finally came out to do the job. He came out to do the job, and did a fine job, though very expensive. When I paid Jeff, and asked him for a receipt he looked at me like I was crazy. Not sure what the issue was here but when a service is provided, its customary to provide a receipt. And like I said; he was very expensive so I was interested in the cost-break down. He (JSR-Jeff) said he'd email me when he got home (the receipt). That day nothing, next day nothing. I texted him again to remind, said he'd do it... a couple more days go by and nothing. Quality of work was good. Quality of customer service = dismal. So I would actually not recommend.

My kitchen sink was draining incredibly slowly, and my previous attempts to fix it just weren't working. From the very first phone call, the team was professional and easy to work with. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, and I was given a courtesy call on the day of service with an estimated arrival time, which ended up being earlier than expected. I really appreciated the heads-up, as it worked out just fine for my schedule. When the plumbers arrived, they were prompt, courteous, and took the time to ask about the issue before assessing the situation. They gave me a reasonable verbal quote and got to work right away, completing the service the same day. I also liked that they accept credit card payments, making the whole process even more convenient. Thanks to Chicago Sewer & Drain, my kitchen sink is back to normal, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Would I hire them again? Absolutely! Would I recommend them? 100%
