I…read morehad a couple of contractors come out, Mr. Everything was the only company that actually tried to pinpoint why the leak was happening. Since he was fixing the window, the crack, and painting the ceiling, I asked for a quote to paint 2 of the rooms downstairs and install baseboards in my kitchen. I thought the estimate was reasonable (painting ceilings is not easy). The work was done in 3 days by one person. He took his time, cleaned up behind himself, and did a wonderful job. Honestly, the baseboards he installed in the kitchen were done neater than the ones in the living room installed by a flooring company. I would definitely reach out to this company when I need something done in my home.

Daryl is phenomenal!!! We needed to have our deck re-surfaced (surface boards removed and replaced…read moreand then stained). Went to my go-to at HomeAdvisor.com. Put in my requirements and out popped Sandco. I gave Daryl a call and he responded, among others. We got a few proposals and Daryl's was not only the least expensive, it was also the most comprehensive. This was a simple time and materials job. As we discussed the job I asked him if I could save some money by buying the lumber myself. He said sure. He gave me the exact list of what to order and I did so, having a couple of pallets of lumber delivered to my home. Note that what he told me to order was almost exactly what he needed, plus 2-3 extra boards. He didn't try to over-order anything. He and his crew (mostly Dad and maybe a cousin?) began the work. I was so incredibly impressed with his work ethic. Communications. Attention to detail. Cleanliness. We couldn't have asked for better. We did a final walk-around and I gave my our final check. My only regret: I truly apologize to Daryl for waiting so long to post this review; I should have done so last Summer just after he finished. We'll definitely be calling Daryl again when we need other work done.

I'm calling them again for more junk removal. The price that was quoted over the phone on the initial call was the price I paid. I gave them each a 20 dollar tip because I was so delighted with the flawless execution. Thank you Rodney for sending Darren and his crew. Second to none! I'll be in touch soon.

THANKS FOR SCREWING ME OVER, BOLIVAR…read more.. Last Wednesday (2/26/2025), he told me that he would come out on Sunday (3/2/2025) (i.e. FOUR day's wait), at 10 or 10:30am, to check on a leaking water line. Well, HE NEVER SHOWED UP, nor did he even have the decency to give me a courtesy call or text, to let me know what happened and/or why he couldn't make it (and he could have easily just rescheduled the service call, for another time). By 11am, I texted him, but never received a response. At 2pm, I texted him again, and STILL, no response. At 4pm, I called him, and, of course, he didn't answer his phone. I literally never heard a word from him, at all... The previous time [only other time] that he had come to my house, I gave him a $45 tip (on a $105 invoice; yes, a 43% tip), as well as a glowing review here on Yelp, because he had stayed late at my house, in order to fix my water heater lines, and he had also stayed in touch with me, to let me know that he was running late at another job. I had even recommended him to a friend of mine, and now, she's like, "Oh, heck no, I won't be calling him now, because I don't have the time or patience to deal with people like that." So, now, my water line has been leaking for four more days, and now, I STILL have to find someone else to come out to fix it, before I will be able to leave out of town. Obviously, if he had just told me that he couldn't do it, I could have already hired someone else to fix it, in the meantime. But, stupid me, here I was trying to give him some repeat business, as well as some new business (from my friend). Unfortunately, after this ignorance, I definitely can't recommend him to anyone...

The only advice I can give you, if you are looking into this company, or Chad Green, is go…read moreelsewhere. Chad is a con-artist. I should of seen the red flags when he no called no showed the original day to perform the work. We had already put a deposit down for the services, so I figured I'd give him another shot. Although accurate photos were provided for the drywall repair in question, on the day he arrived to perform said work, he was full of excuses and BS. He then claimed, he couldn't perform the job which was fine, and would refund the deposit for the project. Then after several hour waits, a several calls, he has still failed to refund the deposit despite saying he was going to. My saving grace was I used Venmo for it and they are going to get my funds back. Again, he is a con-artist with poor character. Use literally any other business.
