Communication. reply time was an average of one week. To schedule our tasting it went very smoothly, but after our initial deposit, when we were trying to work out all the details to settle our final product, response time was an average of a week, even after I followed up daily with emails. We bought a bar package and we did not know if it in included glasses for mixed drinks. The day of the wedding i called and texted Leonard and never got a reply. I was unaware that they would be providing small plastic cups for mixed drinks. Honestly that felt tacky and cheap and I would've been happy to pay for glasses for my guests. 2. When we did our tasting they provided chips with the ceviche we chose as an hors d'oeuvre. It was a surprise when I found out that the ceviche was not served at the wedding with chips or crackers at all. 3. We payed for 70 guests and actually had a total of 62, of which only 50 made it to the cocktail hour. At least half of my guests told me they did not get a chance to try the ceviche. I asked for cocktail hour to start right at 4pm yet they took the liberty to start it at 4:30 because they wanted more guests to show up. The bus was going to start taking guests to the ceremony site at 5pm. I felt we were short changed in this. 4. Three guests from 3 different tables told me they found a long dark hair in their mashed potato serving. 5. When I sat down at one of my friend's table I noticed a huge container of Sea Salt (the ones that say the brand and nutritional facts in the back) I recognized it because I bought it the week before the wedding. My friend explained that she asked for salt from one of the waiters and this is what he brought. So the catering company does not travel with salt and pepper shakers. I guess somebody took the liberty to browse through my pantry and find a salt container and bring it out to a table and leave it there until the end of the night. 6. When they asked permission to use my kitchen they said all they needed was my oven to finish prepping some of the food they were serving. Towards the end of the night i saw some staff washing all the dishes, water goblets, wine glasses and silverware in my sink, in my kitchen. Somehow they found all my dish rags and were all extended on my counter to dry their equipment. They did not run this by anybody and if felt like they abused the trust we gave them to go into our house 7. There was a lot of food leftover. And we had guests who were going to show up late. Like super late after they got off from work at 9-10pm. We asked about leaving some food for these guests and Leonard said yes. I gave him some Tupperware and he said he would take care of it. It was a surprise when some guests showed up late and my aunt went to look for the food to make them a plate and there was nothing. If they changed their mind about leaving the food that's ok, but the least they could've done was have the courtesy of letting me or someone know. Overall poor experience with their service and how they treat their customers
