The best part about this place that everyone should know about is that they have emergency contraceptive (aka Plan B) for only $15. That's cheaper than ANYWHERE ELSE. Amazing. They also carry legit body safe silicone and glass toys with huge bins full of display models- all you have to do is pick a package and ask if they have a model for you to look at. went in a few nights ago before Valentine's day for the very first time with my partner after putting off getting measured for YEARS. I had outgrown my bras and heard great things about this store in the community for a long time. I was so pleasantly surprised when i walked in!!! So much to look at and super friendly vibes. But i had an objective. I approached a younger cashier to ask about measuring while she was checking out another customer and she so happily said she'd be with me in a minute and would be happy to measure me. extremely pleasant interaction. I walked towards dressing rooms where i assumed i'd be getting measured and approached an older woman who was working and asked if i needed help. I just stated I'd be needing to get measured, wondering if she'd help me since the other employee was with another customer. She asked me if i was going to buy anything and asked if i was looking for anything specifically. i said no. I mean, at least i was not expecting to buy anything in the moment. I entered the store with an open mind and the ambience in the store contributed immensely to my excitement to look at new bras and get measured. So I had an open mind. And wallet. Money is tight at the moment but I did need new bras and was hoping to shop in the store for some after getting measured. Like I said. I came in with an objective and after countless good recommendations from the community. The store had so much to look at and it was a little busy so I wanted to take care of measurements first before actually shopping. The older woman basically told me that they were not allowed to measure me unless I was going to buy anything and continued to matter-of-factly educate me on sizing and how different brands vary in sizes. I found myself feeling shut down and embarrassed. While the older woman was speaking to me, the younger cashier approached me with a measuring tape, to which the older woman told her was no longer necessary since I was not buying anything today. I left felt bummed out knowing that I probably could have gotten measured if I had not spoken to the older woman. My partner was also kind of upset; as he saw my mood shift and my unwillingness to keep shopping for bras or other intimate items afterwards. Valentine's was the next day and it would have been nice for him to also be present during my getting measured in case he wanted to buy lingerie for the next day. I was under the assumption that good relations would be willing to measure me without a problem / for free because other women in the community have been measured without a problem and recc'd me over to the store for this specific purpose. I feel like this was a fumble on the store's end. I was not planning to purchase anything in the moment but that very well could have changed if I would have just got my measurements in the moment. I wish I would have got the cashier's name. She was so nice and probably will eventually be returning for her service. I'll return with an update when I do. read more

This is the best lingerie and adult toy store I've ever been to! Kind, knowledgeable and very engaging staff. My wife and I (both 53) went to Good Relations to browse the toys and find some new outfits. My wife and I have been to many different stores in many different cities. I was excited to purchase a pretty adorable bodysuit from this store, but unfortunately had a negative experience. I had bought a bodysuit and decided to return it for store credit the next day with the tags still attached and unworn. This was specified on the receipt that it was a possibility within 7 days. Mind you, they never let me know sales are final when paying for the bodysuit. Additionally, upon attempting to exchange it they denied me and quite frankly felt mistreated. They were sweet at first, but at the end became bitter and did not want to work with me. Bad vibes overall and bad customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere. I did buy a wireless toy that turned out to be a dud, but it was months after buying so no chance of returning it. Just a small word if you buy expensive wireless toys, test them right away. Most times I have been to this store my experience has been great. However on my last visit, one of the employees briefly asked my mother and I if we were looking for anything in particular and we said no we were just looking around. After we said that the employee was super rude. They started to follow my mother around not saying anything as if they were making sure she wasn't stealing. Once other customers came in the employee were cheerful and happy to help them making sure that they were all okay. This whole time the employee still didn't talk to us but kept getting in our way to help the other customers. I had a fairly good experience shopping for bras here. The selection was not as good as their website made it seem. I could only find three bras in my size (40DDD). I was, however, disappointed when I came in to return a bra I purchased. As it was my first time shopping in the store, I was not familiar with the return policy and when I made my purchase it was not made known to me. Yes, it was clearly displayed on the counter, but unfortunately with a purse, wallet, and bra laid out, I did not see it. Had I known the policy, it is unlikely I would have made the purchase. I stopped by today to return the bra and felt the cashier was a bit short with me. I can't repeat what she said word for word, but it was something along the lines of "you won't get cash. You'll get store credit" to which I replied "oh really?" And she said "yeah, our return policy is on the counter and on your receipt." I don't know.
