I had a great experience at Good Relations! The woman that helped me with bra shopping was so kind and helpful. She made the experience comfortable and informative! I was so excited to find bras that fit me well, were comfortable and still sexy! Definitely recommending to my friends. read more

Best inventory! Bra fittings! Best service! Made my wife feel so comfortable and relaxed. Best store by far anywhere we have been,

Good selection and helpful staff Nice place to shop for that special someone, make the occasion memorable read more

The best part about this place that everyone should know about is that they have emergency contraceptive (aka Plan B) for only $15. That's cheaper than ANYWHERE ELSE. Amazing. They also carry legit body safe silicone and glass toys with huge bins full of display models- all you have to do is pick a package and ask if they have a model for you to look at. They've got a really awesome lgbt+ / queer community section with packers, stand to pee packers, they them pronouns and identity books, and books on shibari, polyamory, and other relationship and BDSM lifestyle books. They do have a lot of lingerie and strap on harnesses too! Along with some stickers and such. Definitely stop in, even if you're just curious. Employees are respectful and willing to help but won't follow you like a hawk which is great because it really gives you the space to be curious :) read more

went in a few nights ago before Valentine's day for the very first time with my partner after putting off getting measured for YEARS. I had outgrown my bras and heard great things about this store in the community for a long time. I was so pleasantly surprised when i walked in!!! So much to look at and super friendly vibes. But i had an objective. I approached a younger cashier to ask about measuring while she was checking out another customer and she so happily said she'd be with me in a minute and would be happy to measure me. extremely pleasant interaction. I walked towards dressing rooms where i assumed i'd be getting measured and approached an older woman who was working and asked if i needed help. I just stated I'd be needing to get measured, wondering if she'd help me since the other employee was with another customer. She asked me if i was going to buy anything and asked if i was looking for anything specifically. i said no. I mean, at least i was not expecting to buy anything in the moment. I entered the store with an open mind and the ambience in the store contributed immensely to my excitement to look at new bras and get measured. So I had an open mind. And wallet. Money is tight at the moment but I did need new bras and was hoping to shop in the store for some after getting measured. Like I said. I came in with an objective and after countless good recommendations from the community. The store had so much to look at and it was a little busy so I wanted to take care of measurements first before actually shopping. The older woman basically told me that they were not allowed to measure me unless I was going to buy anything and continued to matter-of-factly educate me on sizing and how different brands vary in sizes. I found myself feeling shut down and embarrassed. While the older woman was speaking to me, the younger cashier approached me with a measuring tape, to which the older woman told her was no longer necessary since I was not buying anything today. I left felt bummed out knowing that I probably could have gotten measured if I had not spoken to the older woman. My partner was also kind of upset; as he saw my mood shift and my unwillingness to keep shopping for bras or other intimate items afterwards. Valentine's was the next day and it would have been nice for him to also be present during my getting measured in case he wanted to buy lingerie for the next day. I was under the assumption that good relations would be willing to measure me without a problem / for free because other women in the community have been measured without a problem and recc'd me over to the store for this specific purpose. I feel like this was a fumble on the store's end. I was not planning to purchase anything in the moment but that very well could have changed if I would have just got my measurements in the moment. I wish I would have got the cashier's name. She was so nice and probably will eventually be returning for her service. I'll return with an update when I do. read more

This is the best lingerie and adult toy store I've ever been to! Kind, knowledgeable and very engaging staff. My wife and I (both 53) went to Good Relations to browse the toys and find some new outfits. My wife and I have been to many different stores in many different cities. Almost without exception I've been treated with suspicion as if I was perverted lecherous old man - both by staff and customers. Not at Good Relations! This was the first time I was treated with dignity and respect as if I was any other younger customer. It was truly a wonderful and fun experience! Zoe and Tara were fabulous and so helpful! All items were exceptional quality and a great value - you get what you pay for. read more

Cute selection of bras for a smaller bust. I tried to get sized too but the sizing didn't work for me - for a larger bust I was always told you need to bend over to get the correct sizing. They sized me maybe 2 or 3 sizes down and nothing fit me. Oh well. They were nice but the staff that were there didn't seem to know what to do with me lol read more

I guess if you're not a woman or a lesbian, this isn't the place for you. Assimilation is fine, if that's what you seek. Trying to be a "naughty" but not too naughty of a store, with is 7 pm closing hour. If a vanilla with sprinkles selection is what those who want to be "spicy " but not overtly sexual or hot, this is your place. Guys and those more curious and adventurous, you'd be better off somewhere else, or the internet. read more

Wow wow wow! Step aside Victoria secret!! This place is amazing. A lot to look at so take your time. And look thru things because you may find things hiding. You can find all ranges of garments from robes, silk pj pants, to sexy lace and leather to s&m stuff. Sexy men's stuff too! There is something for all sizes and all occasions. The girls that work there Kim and Nikki are super helpful. Niki helped me out tremendously by making all my sexy dreams come true. Sometimes these things are a drag but with the right vibes it could be a great experience. Also this place has been around for 37 years that says a lot. Go in and check out, I promise you wont be disappointed. So glad I got experience this in a fun way. Also they have an Instagram that posts all there new items and latest goodies. A good way to stay in to loop. Thank you so much ladies! With lots of Love read more

Good place! Best sex toys!! Needs better hours though I think. all in all great store!

Wonderful store that is clean and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people. They respect privacy of all customers and are accepting of all lifestyles. They have a great selection of lingerie and play toys. I always learn something new when I go here. They have a well stocked sale rack in the back with some smokin deals. Great underwear and bra selection. read more

I was excited to purchase a pretty adorable bodysuit from this store, but unfortunately had a negative experience. I had bought a bodysuit and decided to return it for store credit the next day with the tags still attached and unworn. This was specified on the receipt that it was a possibility within 7 days. Mind you, they never let me know sales are final when paying for the bodysuit. Additionally, upon attempting to exchange it they denied me and quite frankly felt mistreated. They were sweet at first, but at the end became bitter and did not want to work with me. Bad vibes overall and bad customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere. How you treat your customers speaks volumes of you as a business owner. read more

This place needs to be open 24/7! When I'm frisky I like to go out and buy sexy things!

I went in with my girl. The staff was amazing very nice. I love how open they where can't recommend enough!

Good Relations is a true asset to Humboldt County! Every staff member is incredibly knowledgeable about the products they sell, totally non-judgmental, and super friendly. I honestly won't shop anywhere else. They've got a great selection of lingerie, toys, movies... Ect. And the women that work there are extremely sweet and are always there to help you and answer your questions (which is awesome!) I can be a bit shy but every time I walk in I feel very welcomed. One word: Classy (: read more

Today my daughters bra broke. For most people that isn't very traumatic, but when your bust is as large as hers and it's your last bra.... well.... panic. She was met by a very friendly staff that helped her try on a multitude of bras. While they didn't end up having her exact size (37K, no one carries that size) they DID find something that worked. I'm thankful to the staff for not giving up. They worked with her for over an hour & pulled off something of a miracle. read more

Been shopping here for years, I gotten everything from corsets which they help lace you into, stockings & leggings, panties, and cheap to expensive toys. I did buy a wireless toy that turned out to be a dud, but it was months after buying so no chance of returning it. Just a small word if you buy expensive wireless toys, test them right away. Otherwise, Ive had no trouble returning unopened stockings that I read were the wrong size after getting home. I love to visit here even when not shopping, no pressure at all and great atmosphere as others have said. Great for Halloween. read more

Love this local spot. Super professional and helpful. Wide range of product, always look forward to stopping here. Humboldt best

I came here on a recommendation for a steel-boned corset to help me fit into my wedding dress and was assisted by Marissa who was very knowledgable and friendly. She was also extremely helpful and even taught my then fiance how to tie the corset; very useful since I have no friends up here and had many fittings where the seamstresses never tied it tight enough for my taste. The corset was a godsend as I had not lost as much weight as planned and could not zip up the back of my dress without it. if you are looking for a heavy-duty corset to help you fit into things, this is definitely the store to come to! read more

First of all, they have great adult selections, second of all they do have right sizes for me personally! Anyway, I love this store and the staff are friendly and helpful for measuring sizes! read more

Out-of-towner who stumbled in here after brunch, very glad i did. Atmosphere was unlike any other shops i have visited in my city and others. A great adult store with real class. The owner is a professor at HSU and probably CR. All the staff have taken her classes and very knowable on products. In short a sex shop without the sleaze. Friendly staff help you with any questions, open clean environment. Really gives the feel that it is about healthy relationships. I recommend it to any couple wanting to add spice, but feel put out by "sex shops" read more

Most times I have been to this store my experience has been great. However on my last visit, one of the employees briefly asked my mother and I if we were looking for anything in particular and we said no we were just looking around. After we said that the employee was super rude. They started to follow my mother around not saying anything as if they were making sure she wasn't stealing. Once other customers came in the employee were cheerful and happy to help them making sure that they were all okay. This whole time the employee still didn't talk to us but kept getting in our way to help the other customers. I love this store but it's discouraging when they treat you as if you were a thief or lesser than other customers. read more

My trans partner and I went to the shop the other night with a few things in mind. The women working, that helped us briefly was rude and didn't know anything about stand and pees. I understand not having the knowledge but you can at least act like you want to learn, or are interested in what your customers are saying. I believe her name is Meghan which I've only heard good things about her specifically in the community so I was really bummed with how she treated us. If you are trans I don't reccomend shopping at this store, their knowledge and vocabulary is insulting and you most likely will get snapped at if its the end of the day. We will be going out of town or shopping online for our items now. read more
