WOW! What a fantastic company! From the very first time I contacted them for solar panel cleaning,…read moreto the moment they packed up their ladders and drove off, I was so pleasantly surprised by the incredible professionalism, high quality of work, and very reasonable rates. I reached out months ago on the recommendation of a co-worker. I asked about solar cleaning and gutters. Their quote was very reasonable, especially given that it is a second story home with gutters that had NEVER been cleaned in the last decade at least. And same for the solar. A family emergency came up and I didn't move forward at that time. Fast forward 4 or 5 months and I reached out again. He responded right away and confirmed the details, honored the original quote (which impressed me as costs EVERYWHERE have gone up), and was able to schedule for a very convenient time without any difficulty. He also asked if there were any other services I was needing, which is when I discovered they do window cleaning, window and door screens and dryer vent cleaning as well! I did ask for them to quote me for a sliding screen door replacement, which was another great value, given the upgrades for the heavy duty screening and preferred color. And then the crew showed up...right on time, ready to go, and absolutely delightful people, every single one! It was a crew of 4. They got to work immediately and were thorough, cautious and hard-working. While they were working, I asked the crew leader about a quote for two window screens. Such a good deal that I said yes and they cleaned and rescreened as well as installed them on site as the other work was being done! And they did the final measurements for the sliding door to be made. They also asked if I wanted them to check the dryer vent and did so with no obligation for cleaning. I am sure I have literally never had the dryer vent cleaned in the almost 20 years I have lived here. So it was SOOOOOOOO full and needing to be cleaned badly. With another very reasonable price, I had them go for it! And it was done in no time at all. They did ALL this work (20 solar panels cleaned, gutters that literally had whole plants growing out of them completely cleaned and flushed, 2 windows re-screened, new door measurements taken and dryer vent cleaned), with the kindest, most non-judgemental, professional attitude. And they did it in UNDER 2 HOURS as a team! If you have a chance to use them, I would highly encourage you to. They truly care about their customers and about doing the absolute best job they can, and they make it affordable, too!

I am getting a bit tired of writing five-star reviews for Five Star! LOL I have lost count often…read morehow many times I've used them. Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks!

Mike has always been incredibly accommodating--even with the tightest timeframes, he never sacrifices the quality of his work. He just finished up a big job doing pigeon abatement around my solar panels and got them looking brand new. I've already noticed our solar production has increased since he finished the cleaning, which is a huge plus. He's also rescreened a bunch of houses for me in the past, cleaned gutters, and installed gutter guards. He's even done a few roof power washes for me and did an incredible job cleaning the algae off the roof, which completely changed the curb appeal. You can tell Mike really takes pride in his work; he's meticulous and the results are always spot on. He is very reasonably priced, and since he's licensed and bonded, I completely trust him with any property I send him to. It's also great that he travels; he's done work for me in Livermore, Pleasanton, Tracy, and the surrounding areas, which is a huge help. It's rare to find someone this reliable who actually shows up and kills it every single time. If you need any exterior work done, don't even bother looking elsewhere--Mike is the best! we hired Shamblin to remove moss growth from the rooftop of my home…read more They came out and did a quote which included treating the moss, and then power washing down the entire house and driveway. Upon completion, there was quite a few areas that still had a fair amount of moss on the roof line so they certainly did not accomplish what I initially wanted. They explained that they treated the moss and then it would eventually dissipate overtime during additional rain storms. Overall I think they did a good job with power washing the house cleaning the windows and power washing the driveway, but the moss remains on the roof and still looks undesirable. We called them back indicated that it would be an additional $1400 to power wash the moss off and rinse the house down again. I should've simply allowed my own employees to do the whole thing and do it thoroughly. Now I have to go back and power wash specific areas of the roof line in order to get the desired results. being a service industry, you really want the people you work with willing to go the extra mile to create a level of customer satisfaction. Bottom line is, buyer beware!!!!

Wow, it is great! No more worries about leaves & junk in the gutters either. The combined cleaning cost was very fair. My only disappointment was that I wasn't notified of tears in a number of my widow screens. An online patch system I found will take care of that. I'm definitely passing on this referral of Shamblin Softwash as the business you need to contact. Shamblin Softwash's services are great and reasonably priced.

I met Calvin, and he was friendly, respectful, and understood what help with cleaning salons were needed. He gave us a reasonable quote, and we scheduled the start of our services right away. They knew timing of an empty salon was going to be a challenge, and they made it work. At first we scheduled every other week, but we noticed how helpful it was to have them during that time that we bumped it up to weekly service. The salons are cleaner, and they move chairs and mats to get all the bits of hair that you can imagine getting in to everything. They mop, dust, vacuum, and clean our bathrooms. Calvin is the owner. If there are any concerns or issues he would want to know right away, and will make sure the crew is aware. We have asked to make special adjustments in cleaning, and in their schedule, and he is very responsive. He's been a joy to work with. The Elite crew have taken a huge task off our to-do list. After my husband's heart surgery in March and preparing for my daughter's graduation party, I was feeling completely overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything as a mom of three kids living at home, ages 15-21. I'm honestly the only one in the house who really notices or cares when the deep cleaning falls behind, so I knew I needed help. After reading reviews, I decided to take a chance and hire A & M Cleaning, and I'm so thankful I did. I knew my 2,800 sq ft home would require a true deep clean with two workers and expected it would probably take around 8-9 hours. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work upstairs. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush. They took the time a real deep cleaning requires and spent over six hours upstairs alone, making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. Honestly, my house probably needed two full days -- one for upstairs and one for downstairs --, but they were kind enough to stay and finish the job, working over 13 hours total. They communicated with me throughout the process about the time and the amount of work involved, which I really appreciated. As someone who normally does all the deep cleaning myself, I know how exhausting and physically demanding it is. It meant so much to finally get help tackling the areas I'm usually too tired to fully get to. My doors, baseboards, blinds, floors, railings, showers, and so many other details now look sparkling clean. I would much rather pay a little more for cleaners who truly take their time and understand what an actual deep cleaning entails, rather than rushing through the job. A & M worked incredibly hard, were respectful and thorough, and I will absolutely hire them again. I'll also be recommending them to my friends and family.
