I've called multiple times over weeks/months, left detailed messages (including one for a supervisor over a week ago with no callback), sent written requests, and followed up persistently--yet nothing gets done. The insurance and pharmacy confirmed they're waiting solely on this office to submit paperwork, but the staff either doesn't respond or promises action that never happens. This has caused significant delays in starting treatment for my chronic condition, which is frustrating and unacceptable when dealing with a serious lung issue. The doctor herself may be fine clinically (I can't speak to that part), but the front office and admin team are disorganized, unresponsive, and seem overwhelmed or indifferent to patient needs. Life. CHANGING…read more Desperate for sleep, I found Sue's website online about a month ago. My 6 month old had been waking every 45 minutes for the last 3 months ALL night long. She had never been able to fall asleep unless being fed. And even once she was asleep it was a 75% that she would wake when transferring her to bed. As a wife, step mom of a 5 year old and boss of 100 eployees I was literally drowning. From the first phone call with Sue, I felt like there was hope. She was engaged, inquisitive and offered reassurance that we were not a lost cause. She even gave helpful suggestions before being hired. I wanted Sue to do an overnight, obviously the most expensive option but she was booked. I was so insistant on it but she assured me that we could start with routine and a 3 hour night time visit and that I would probably not need her overnight anyways. She didn't want to just "sell me" on the most expensive option and was confident that I wouldn't need her overnight even though I was willing. After my daughter fell asleep on her own in her own crib for the first time in her life, her sleep stretches improved immediately. I didn't even think she was capable! I've had some scheduling wrenches due to travel and work but Sue has mentored me through all of them to make sure we stayed on track and course corrected when necessary. She is SO available that I often forget she has more than just one client. I couldn't be more pleased and thankful for her support. I highly recommend her services. They are truly life changing.

Dr. Drahos and his PA did not listen to me at all. He denied that those were side effects (except for one) of the medication even though Mayo Clinic, FDA, and the pharmacy information that came with the medication labeled them as rare side effects. He and his PA put me on an anti-anxiety medication even though I told them those don't work and I had one definite side effect that I had on all sleep and anxiety medications to this point (which he denied) and some that I wouldn't be able to tell if they were side effects until I got consistent sleep. He denied that any of those were side effects despite the pharmacy information, Mayo Clinic, FDA, etc. stating they were. I simply asked him then to please give me a source that I could confer with so I would know what was a side effect of the medication before telling him since he was in denial of the side effects. He refused to give me a reference to anything because he knew they would confer that I was indeed having side effects. He then claimed despite graduating from Stanford he knew of no more medications that I could try and there's a large list online and I mentioned the name of one that a family member takes as needed that works for her without side effects. He refused. He has a texting system that at first I thought was great as I can have daily contact with the doctor and the PA doctors. The problem with it is they all have access to it so it is impossible to know who is actually answering unless they state their name, which is very rare! The office staff is cheerful and calls back quickly. She was probably better than any other medical place I have been at thus far. She's the only bright spot! Stay away from this clinic! No idea why this thing says I'm from San Francisco. I'm from Titusville, Florida. There was not miscommunication. There was simply a doctor who did not care if I was having a side effect and made the claim that it wasn't from medications when it 100% was. I did not have a single phone call or virtual visit after hours, only some texts in which he chose to wait until late in the evening to reply to me rather than during business hours. Considering that alone would make at least 85% of my oop met and when I saw Dr Dewan the week before I did not pay a copay because they looked it up and it was met. The office manager, Jovanni did not seem able to understand this is an obvious problem with the insurance company or care that their records showed I paid no copay the week before. My daughter and I asked several times to speak to the doctor. He refused to speak with us even though I had a booked appointment!!! I asked for a print out of my records and Jovanni refused to take any action to print them until I followed her order to sit down! My issues come in every time I try to contact anyone. People rarely answer the phones so you have to try and leave a message. They're messaging system is quite a bit of a joke. On rare occasions, you can leave a message on their line and they might get back to you. Lot of the time you get shunted into a service who you also then sometimes hear back. Apparently, they just started a new program where you sign up online for a patient portal and can send the messages that way. I went through all the process of signing up, which took forever and tried to send a message and it won't let me send messages to anyone about anything. Once again, this is forced me to drive to the doctors office just to go in so I can try and talk to someone. I have had to do this multiple times for multiple things. And this latest occasion, it was a complete mess. Everyone was friendly upfront and tried to understand what I was telling them. Finally contacted the person in charge who handles prescription issues and when I explained to her that the company that is coming from had called them multiple times her direct response to me was "that's a lie". She went onto contact the company and still wanted to argue with me Rather than listen to me about what I was told by the company representative. In the end it was worked out and I should be getting the medication soon. It's really rough that I can receive such good care and yet receive some very poor service at the same time. I trust the doctors here and I have told them as others have about issues with other staff in the place but nothing seems to change. She answered all our questions, offered opinions on settings and products that have saved me so many headaches and most importantly has made my quality of life and comfort 100% better. Ashley went above and beyond during our hospital stay but most importantly has followed up with us on a regular basis to make sure I remain healthy. This has literally reduced my hospitalizations this past year by 80% and probably saved my life with all this Covid craziness.
