I had my initial at home sleep study completed, in January. Everything was covered by my insurance with no issues. I was told that I had sleep apnea and needed to do another sleep study in office, to be calibrated for a CPAP. I called to schedule this follow up appointment, in February (one month later) and they are telling me that they are no longer in-network with my insurance provider. I verify on my insurance providers website and with a representative from my insurance company that they are indeed still in-network and there have been no changes. I have spent multiple hours on the phone trying to get scheduled and I have been placed on hold, transferred, and hung-up on.
