FSI provides personalized adult and pediatric Sleep Medicine services located near downtown Orlando, FL. We proudly offer in-person consultations in Orlando, as well as telehealth (virtual) consultations for all of Florida. At FSI we embrace the uniqueness of each patient, understanding that there is often more than one contributing factor to one’s sleep disturbance. Therefore, when focusing on a sleep complaint, a holistic and whole mind-body approach is essential. We use evidence-based medicine, combined with integrative and functional approaches, to address the true etiology of the sleep complaint, rather than just treating the symptom. Common diagnoses seen include sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia (excessive daytime sleepiness), chronic fatigue, parasomnias, sleep-related movement disorders, restless leg syndrome, circadian-rhythm disorders, and any other sleep-related disturbances.

Our 11-month old went from waking up 4-5 times a night and not napping at all on his own to sleeping through and napping on his own for an hour and a half at a time.

The negative effect this transition had on our littles sleep patterns was one we could have never imagined. Our toddler, who was happily going to sleep at bedtime and sleeping through the night, was now fighting (and simply refusing) to go to sleep at all. Our 7 month old, well, he completely regressed and was waking every 2-3 hours and at times crying for an hour straight before calming. After two months of 3-4 hours of sleep a night, we contacted Good Night Sleep Site (Jennie). She created a personalized plan and we worked closely together for two weeks. She was available for daily communication and support. This plan and Jennie provided our family with the priceless gift of SLEEP! We have a more structured routine. I can now read my littles sleep cues before they even know they are tired. ...and best of all, we just went on a week long vacation and came home to a full night of uninterrupted sleep for our entire family because there's even a plan for when you can't stick to the "perfect" schedule. Good Night Sleep Site was a game changer and we couldn't be more grateful.

I had become very ill last March and was hospitalized for about two weeks. This was a very traumatic experience because my wife and I had just found out we had our first son on the way. I specifically recall Ashley coming into our room and making us feel at ease because of her obvious extensive knowledge of ventilators, and related information. She answered all our questions, offered opinions on settings and products that have saved me so many headaches and most importantly has made my quality of life and comfort 100% better. Ashley went above and beyond during our hospital stay but most importantly has followed up with us on a regular basis to make sure I remain healthy. This has literally reduced my hospitalizations this past year by 80% and probably saved my life with all this Covid craziness. I am very grateful to Ashley for all she does and I will always work with her and her team for my pulmonary needs. I would highly recommend Ashley and her team at ORMC if you are having similar complications.
