When nothing happened, the story changed to 14 days. then to few weeks ...We are now past the two-week mark and there is still zero growth. I'm frustrated by the lack of results and the moving goalposts regarding the timeline. They should have stuck to their core business of sprinklers instead of offering lawn services they can't deliver on. To make matters worse, when I raised these concerns, they had the audacity to send me a quote for a second overseeding job rather than fixing the first one.If you value clear communication and actual results, look elsewhere. 5

I've had…read morethe same irrigation company for the past 18 years (Warweg) and they screwed up one of the zones on my irrigation system. I called them at least a dozen times to come out and fix the problem. For four months they never came up with a viable solution. Finally, they agreed to fix their error and wanted me to pay for their screwup. I called Limone out of desperation. The estimator came out the same day. He assessed the issue and told me he could fix it. Their team was here within a week. They were able to reroute the entire zone and locate all the water valves that would be covered up for years. They did all this at a lower cost than my current irrigation service. The new water system is phenomenal. The office staff is very courteous, and their field team are incredible workers. I would highly recommend that you give this company an opportunity. You won't be disappointed.

I had to inform him that I knew the number because he had originally texted me at 10:15am on May 5th that he wasn't going to be able to make the 9am-10am window.
