It often seems that communication and getting a response is one of the toughest hurdles to cross with completing home projects. Luckily, they were on it with the RAQ feature on Yelp. The project: rebuilding a 75' privacy fence along the one side of our property to match the other two sides. We were happy with the quote and timeline and moved forward on the project. The one thing that I think would have kicked this experience up a notch would be proactive communication updates on the project each day - even if it were a simple text of where things stand. Based on original conversations, it appeared that knocking out the project in two days would be possible (we and our neighbors both have big dogs to keep separated).unfortunately, the project ended up being more of a five day endeavor due to an error by the builders (the Pretty side of the fence was built facing the wrong direction but they quickly corrected it after we addressed it). Overall, the end result was a beautiful fence despite a few bumps along the road.

Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism exhibited by this company and ongoing dismay. Despite initially promising communication, the actual execution of the fence installation was a disaster. The two individuals tasked with the job left us with a poorly constructed fence that is already falling apart less than a year after installation. The wood is cracking, the fence doors are loose and sagging, and there are numerous structural issues such as misaligned studs and planks with insufficient nails. What's worse is the lack of accountability from the company's leadership. Instead of ensuring quality workmanship, Jeremy, the supposed boss, was observed berating the inexperienced workers he left unsupervised. It's appalling that Jeremy and his partner didn't bother to oversee the job themselves, opting instead to leave it in the hands of inexperienced individuals without any quality control measures in place. I offered to send him a photo of the damage and he told me he could personally inspect it the following day, which he did. He had a reasonably priced quote back to me the following afternoon. Negotiation with the vehicle owner's insurance company dragged on for more than 2 months. When we finally got approval to proceed, Jeremie stuck by his original quote. The HOA Board then decided to do a portion of the job with volunteer labor. Jeremie gave a reasonable revised quote for the reduced scope of work. His team completed the work promptly and professionally.
