Great service and food was amazing, when I visit again I will definitely be coming back.

Abdul is a good morning breakfast cook (pun intended). I enjoyed the egg + beef sausage sandwich and the supreme along with a quick coffee to go.

Don't miss the amazing healthy sandwiches of this guy if you are in Midtown Manhattan. I gave up all other places around my office once I learned about Good Morning Breakfast. Clean and very delicious!!!

Great spot to meet friends for brunch or get takeout! Numerous healthy options and delicious…read moredrinks. We got the Banter Bowl, which includes pickled carrot, cabbage, watermelon radish, cucumber, edamame, avocado, quinoa, and miso ponzu dressing. You have a choice of meats, so we chose the grilled chicken. Second, we ordered the falafel bowl that includes three falafels, pickled onions, avocado, cucumber, whipped garlic feta, kale salad, romesco, and Za'atar dressing that had a delicious flavor. However, our ultimate favorite had to be the Thai Crunch Wrap with sweet potato fries. It was fairly busy, and our drinks took a while to come, but the food arrived shortly after. The next time I'm back, I will be sure to reorder the Thai crunch wrap. If you have food allergies, they are extremely accommodating and have numerous vegan/vegetarian/GF.

Wednesday girl dinner is a must try. For $25, you get a martini, salad (Cesar or market), and fries…read more(truffle or regular). I got the market salad with grilled chicken which was very filling and packed with flavor. The grilled chicken was an add on so cost a little bit more than $25 but still an amazing deal. 10/10 recommend!

Stopped into Cask Bar & Kitchen in Murray Hill for a casual dinner and loved the quirky, cozy vibe;…read moreit kind of feels like having dinner in your grandma's living room (in the best way possible). Think vintage wallpaper, little knick-knacks, and warm lighting. It's got character. I ordered the market salad with mixed greens, honeycrisp apples, goat cheese, candied pecans, and sherry vinaigrette. It was a hearty portion - super fresh and flavorful, and honestly more than I could finish (not a complaint!). I also ordered a Diet Pepsi with grenadine; they don't carry Diet Coke, which I almost docked a point for, but the mix was unexpectedly delicious. Highly recommend it. My date ordered the hanger steak and said it was absolutely amazing. Only hiccup: his first glass of wine he got came out hot... like, microwave-level warm. Fortunately, the server brought a new (cold) one and the rest of the meal was smooth sailing. Service was friendly, the vibe was homey and relaxed, and the food was solid across the board. Would definitely come back, especially for that salad and another round of grenadine magic.

Sarge’s Delicatessen & Diner - Nicely sliced pastrami sandwich which I probably would have liked the bread lightly toasted for some texture. Meat was flavorful

What's new? Is that a VEGAN Pastrami and Ruben on the menu?!? Holy Cow who did not have to lay…read moredown their life?! Wow. I never thought I'd see the day a Jewish Deli would consider some vegan dupes of classics - but wow - way to be on trend and health conscious to help cut down the heart disease and cholesterol meds. I'm here for it and couldn't believe my Vegan friend would ever get a chance to get close to the classic NY Jewish Deli experience in a vegan context. To be clear- they still serve up the real stuff too- but I just need to put it out there how rare and kind of amazing this is for an OG spot like Sarge's. It's been 9 years since my last review here and- wow, we've come full circle. Also- congrats to making it through and out the other side of the pandemic- many businesses did not, but it's nice to see an institution like Sarge's survive a serious hit like that, it means the community cares too. What's still good- OG 1960's-70's diner vibes and booths- a place your grands can feel at home, but very well maintained and clean. Portions that send you home full even if you're just ordering soup or a side of French fries- you will not leave this grand's house hungry ya'll. Classic flavors that come from recipes before artificial flavors were a thing- made with real bone broths that will keep your hair, skin, and nails shiny with collagen.

The pastrami sandwich was okay. Lean, thinly sliced, not overly salty. I finished the entire…read moresandwich, but... I was left wanting more. Since the pastrami was so thinly sliced, I was actually still hungry. For the same price as Katz's, (around $29), I would still prefer Katz's just because of the hand sliced pastrami nd there's just so much more flavor. Service was awful. These older ladies walking around like zombies with zero personality, you can tell they hate being there. Nice to knock this off my list, but I'm going back to Katz's on my next NYC visit.
