I worked behind this facility for a couple of days and would never leave my dogs there…read more I have seen a sweet Husky with a black harness sit in a cage alone for most of the day. Another Husky (possibly same dog, couldn't see through the gate) was crying and howling constantly, obviously extremely stressed and was left outside alone in a kennel space for hours. They walk around with spray bottles and spray dogs for barking or to separate them when too excited in play. They are constantly yelling at the dogs to be quite. There are other facilities in the area that people could use that will be a better more balanced environment for your beloved pets. I used to train so am well aware of what is acceptable and the dogs here sound as stressed as dogs in a local shelter. It makes me very sad that their humans have no idea the stress their dogs endure in this facility. The people may be nice but not a good environment for your pets. I had to give a rating to post but I would give them 0 !! Interesting......minutes after I posted this the crying dog was removed from the yard....that means they know it was wrong to leave the poor dog like that just ignoring his cries. The dogs' well being not the priority here! What you don't know can't hurt you.....only your dog :(

I'm addition to that, I got the room with the camera as this was the first time leaving my puppy (6 month old) on an overnight stay. The staff were absolutely amazing in answering all of my emails/check ins to ensure Bella was okay. They reassured me with videos and photos that she was doing well. My sister went to go pick Bella up since my flight was delayed, and Bella didn't want to leave! Rather than going to my sister (who she knows and sees almost every day), Bella ran back to the Jet Pet staff because she didn't want to leave! I'm so grateful and appreciative for everyone that works here for the efforts they all made to ensure Bella was comfortable during her stay! She can't wait to go back!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS TO THIS FACILITY IF YOU VALUE THEIR SAFETY!!!…read more Yesterday, my dog was viciously attacked by a much larger dog at this facility. My poor girl has puncture wounds on her face, ear, and front leg. She was bleeding and limping in agony when I saw her at the vet. The video footage clearly showed that my dog was walking normally and the attacking dog just ran over and attacked her from the back FOR NO REASON. However, Adventure Den has declined my request for obtaining the video footage. I will not stand for this kind of behavior. I have reported this incident to the city and will be pressing charges if necessary. It's absolutely unconscionable how dogs with such violent tendencies are allowed to pass the so-called temperament assessment in the first place. According to the staff member there, the attacking dog is not a perfect dog and has ALREADY SHOWN REACTIVITY in the past but never physically hurt another dog (yet). It appears that they are waiting for something like this to happen before banning the dog, which is absurd and unacceptable. Precautionary steps should have been taken long ago, and I'm deeply disappointed by their unprofessionalism. The staff-to-dog ratio in the video was also concerning: one staff member was overseeing 10-20 dogs when the incident happened. This is absolutely outrageous; a facility like this should NEVER be understaffed in any given moment. If you know you'll have fewer people working, you take in fewer dogs - it's that simple. This incident very much could've been avoided if the staff member was given a smaller group of dogs in which they could monitor the behaviors closely. If the facility continues with this ratio and un-thorough assessment, I fear that another dog will be seriously injured soon. On the bright side, after the incident happened, the staff member informed me immediately over the phone and took my dog to the vet very quickly. The other dog is now banned permanently, and the owner has offered to cover our medical bills. Thank you for making this experience less bad. But it doesn't change the fact that my dog is injured both physically and mentally, and it doesn't make up for the trauma she has experienced. I urge you not to take your dogs to this facility unless you are okay with putting them in danger. Wishing all the pups to stay safe and healthy.

For those effected, some of the dogs may have gotten sick, having diarrhea issues or worse. Granted it was possible some else's dog had it, but what kind of daycare doesn't clean enough to maintain a clean environment for our loved ones. Don't count on your dog being able to be playful either. If there is any possibility that the dogs might play with each other and become a bit vocal, they are shutdown and put away in crates for a "time out" until their bad behavior is over. This more like a POW Camp than a day care of dogs. Leave your dogs here at your own risk! If they do something wrong, the owner will try to make you pay for damage from the dogs not being supervised and taken care of. Read that contract before you sign up and ask if you can view the areas your pets will be in. You might be able to at the end of the day, but that's so you don't see what happens during normal business hours.

Not very many businesses ask why I took my business else where. The rates for doggy day care seem to be in the same range as the other locations. The play area is a bit small, however I don't mind it. It forces the dogs to socialize with one another.

I'm disappointed to post this. We had emailed this business…read moreseeking daycare and training support for our two dogs. I explained issues with recall and some other issues. The owner replied that they do basic recall, leash skills, focus and more, and that they could accept our dogs. We booked them in. On the first day we got an email about how the dogs had done and a video of them at the beach. They were wet and tired at the end of the day. That was the only time they went into the water - all other days they stayed on leash while other dogs went into the water. The owner told us that young adult dog training was starting one weekend and that we could book to join it for around $250. We decided to go ahead and booked the young adult dogs training through their website. We got no response to our booking so asked staff about the training and never ever got a response. One day after returning home one dog took a pee on the stairs of our building. Either she hasn't been out for a toilet break or shewas very anxious. The last straw was seeing one of our dogs restrained with a harness at the front and one at the back on the beach walk. At home at the end of the day she was not herself and withdrawn and seemed upset. When we raised concerns we were met with defensiveness and escalating anger over email. The owner criticised our dogs lack of recall and over excitement. Our dogs do need some more training which is what we told them about and they assured us they would help with. It's also why we went to Noelles in the first place and it's why we booked the young adult training. Noelles provided no training, despite saying that they would, and didn't respond even we tried to book it. We paid for 5 daycare days for each dog and used four and have received no contact about getting money back.

I worked here for a few months semi- recently. As someone who worked there, I can confidently say…read morethat they do not take as good care of the dogs as they say. The owner is rude to her employees, and they use methods such as shaking change in metal jars directly in the dog's ears until they are scared of the workers as a way to make them stop barking. They will also yell very, very harshly at them almost constantly. The reason why I don't work there is because I refused to take part in that. They will also put up to 25 dogs of all sizes and temperaments in one van for the daily beach walk, which exceeds the legal limit and results in the dogs getting in fights with each other. Again, as someone who worked there, please do not leave your beloved animal there. Your dog will be sad all day and will not get enough attention nor be treated appropriately. At first glance, it seems like a great environment, hence why I worked there. But your dog will only be let out once, and in the group photos they send, it's likely your dog won't even be in the picture. They use very outdated training methods, and it was incredibly hard for me to work there. Leaving your dog there is the equivalent of leaving your dog at an animal shelter.

Don't use A spot for spot if you care about your dog. They completely disregard your pets safety,…read moreeven if they agree to special requirements. They let a large (German shepherd) rescue dog in with the small dogs and puppies - when they, and the dogs owner did not know the history of the dog at all, and they owner had only owned the dog for 1 week. This dog in turn attacked our small breed dog (12 pounds) by picking him up by his back hips and shaking him back and forth. The reason we know this is what happened, is because the worker who witnessed it phoned us right away and told us. But then later when we got a letter from the owner of "a spot for spot" explaining what happened, she made up a completely different story. To add insult to injury she claimed our dog was the one at fault for being attacked. This resulted in injury and pain to our dog. He needed attention from our vet at financial cost to us. This would be less disturbing if we had not had an agreement with the shop about our dog. He is an intact show dog. We knew this could put him at rick so we told them specifically to keep him separate from other dogs as much as possible, and if he was socialized to only have him around dogs his own size. This was ignored. Also the rescue dog was supposed to be kept away from other dogs as well, and as written by the Daycare owner this dog was let loose with the other dogs. After the incident they refused top put us in contact with the owner of the offending dog. They instead, gave our information to her and gave her the option to contact us if she wished to work out the situation. Fortunately she did (after several weeks of us following up with a spot for spot). We got the money back from the trip to the vet - but now our dog is very afraid of other dogs that approach him. He used to be the friendliest dog with no fear of other dogs at all but now unfortunately this is no longer the case. Key points to take away: disregard for instructions leading to dog injury crass handling of the situation after without compassion 2 different stories from the owner, and the worker who witnessed refusal to put customer in contact with the offending dogs owner no offer of any sort of compensation from the shop Make an informed decision before you decide where to leave your loved one.
