I'm new to the area and have been looking for a good vape place. As my supply of juice was running out from my move from California, I was desperately in need of a re up. Enter good guy vapes. When I came in I found a chill atmosphere. There were a few other people waiting to be attended to but the girl behind the counter was super nice. She allowed me to test out some flavors and find one I liked. My previous go to place made their own flavors so I was used to having simplified flavors I could mix and match which I do wish they had a larger selection of. It's been a long time since I found an ejuice I could get down with. This process was thankfully painless and helped along by the staff. Once I purchased my juice, I promptly left, but did come back a 2nd time to refill my supply. The same treatment again, this time by a male who was equally stoked to see me. This time there were more customers in there and yet, it was still chill af. Gotta give it up to them, they have good service, good prices (probably around $5 more than what I've usually paid) but I'll gladly pay it to make this my go to. I look forward to giving them more of my business. Update: a year later and they are still my go to spot! I can give them enough praise. Although I have moved my purchases to online juice vendors, in the clutch this spot is always available if I can't make the wait. Now only if they ploffered non thc cbd!!! Great job!!! Very huge store with a very great selection. I am a RDA user and it is hard to find stores that carry them. They have alot lol. Very spacious and a home feeling. First time I came in had a great experience, so I really wanted to continue to like this place. My fiancé and I have collectively spent around $600 in that last 6 months there. The last 4 times I have gone they had "stopped carrying" the juice I had bought the month before. I find this strange as all of them were recommended to me and two were "best sellers". The last three times I have come in something else has been out of stock or missing with the excuse "UPS lost them" or "UPS was supposed to deliver them yesterday". At this point I find all these circumstances a little hard to swallow. I'm assuming the business is just poorly run and the employees are told to blame UPS. read more

Good Guys is great! They've got plenty of devices to chose from. Their prices on fluids are competitively priced if not way better than other vape shops. One thing that I like is that if you want to try out a few fluids they give you a clean mouth piece to plug into the vape devices with various flavors. When you give it back they sterilize it. That seems way more sanitary than those rubber covers other shops use. Plus the staff is awesome. All the guys are knowledgeable and super friendly. Hell they even know me by name. I walked into Good Guy Vapes and asked for new pods for my vape. The guy working gave me the pods and was very nice about it. However, as I got the pods he started talking with another customer so I walked to the other side of the place just to check out the rest of the store as it was my first time going there. As I walked to the back, the worker yells out calling me bro and asking if I was trying to steal the pods. The store was busy so there were plenty of people who heard him accuse me of stealing. I have no idea why he would accuse me of stealing because I was merely looking around to see if I wanted anything else. After this, I was embarrassed and frustrated to the point where I didn't even want to purchase the product anymore. I don't know if it was because I am a young college student or if he was just having a bad day. Terrible customer service and will definitely not be returning again. read more

I went in to use the Bitcoin atm and had some stoner guy standing over my shoulder watching me and asking me all kinds of questions about what exchange I used and was super sketchy. I had to stop what I was doing and leave. The employees just sat there and watched. Super super sketchy place. You'd think they'd make an ATM a little more private. read more

I used to love the fuquay location when it first opened but here lately they have been very impersonal to us. They constantly have new people working and only 2 of them ever recognize us as regulars. The others have no idea who we are. I was in today and the employee was jumping on the display case and climbing over it. There are products inside that could be damaged and as someone who has been in and around this industry for so long now this is very unprofessional and shouldn't be allowed in the store. And I know he owner constantly checks cameras cause we are friends with them ( however they are never around). It just doesn't seem right to let your employees just jump and climb on your products essentially. I will definitely be only here when one of the normal girls is working. Never again with any one else. It's very impersonal and uncomfortable to be in the shop with someone who acts like a child. If the girl with the purple hair is here stay away! read more
