They close early-6pm. We finally started adding this stop on our road trips a couple of years ago and maneuvering our road trips around this stop ever since. We always bring our dog with us on road trips so I read somewhere dogs were welcome inside. I went inside first to check and yes, dogs are welcome inside! This place can feel overwhelming when first walking in because its huge! Funny though, there is a huge wine selection and refrigerators with beer and wine but you cannot drink in there. They also sell cigarettes and I am assuming you can smoke those inside because you can smoke cigars inside. While you enjoy your cigar, you can lounge on a sofa or chair. There is also a huge tv, which usually has sports on. But wait, there's more! They have a giant walk in humidor at the back. It is the size of a store itself. Talk about variety! My dad has smoked cigars my entire life so I know a thing or two but do not consider myself an expert. The staff in there are always helpful and invited us to bring our dog in there last time we visited. We always spend a couple of hundred dollars in there and the quality has been consistent. I just wish they were open a little later.

I drove him back to get an exchange because isn't that how good businesses work? We show up the exact same employee that was working that sold it to my dad was there working that evening. She denied the exchange because she said the owners do not allow exchanges of any kind which is unethical we spent the money on a broken pen we should've been reimbursed or given a properly working pen! If the owners were wondering she gave us a discount which is not allowed apparently! The owners are cheap and obviously are not running a legal business

I've mentioned this to store employees and never have they offered to make it right. The second pulsar e-nail I bought from these guys roughly six months ago has never worked properly since day one. I went through buying different titanium and quartz pieces because every time I had stopped in and mentioned these issues, the answer always was that it couldn't be that. After 6 months of wasting money on this thing, I got a heat temp gun and this thing is off by almost 300 degrees. I'm just glad it didn't burn my house down. Given what I've spent here, and dealing with staff who give you the vibe that it's an inconvenience to address or report these issues, I won't be a returning customer.
