My favorite vape store! They have an amazing selection and absolutely wonderful customer service. They go above and beyond!

Absolutely the best vape shop in Durham! Huge variety and knowledgeable staff . The staff is a definitely a great plus being helpful and friendly. You can tell they really know their products read more

I been shopping here for 6 months buying cigs and edibles, but after a few encounters with the male red head behind the counter I have decided not shop at this place anymore. The other counter people there are GREAT, but this red head- he was very disrespectful and has talked down to me and other customers I have sent in. He has no sense of how to be professional. He acted like I was doing him a service with my patronage. read more

Dude helped me find a banger I like. A simple one that heats right. Perfect little spot. No nonsense sales pitch they just help you find what you need. Thanks Haven read more

If you don't know what you're buying, don't make the purchase. Even if you buy something that they know you aren't sure about, stand in the store until your husband comes back and decide to spend more money they won't exchange it for you. Unopened and all. Then they ban you. I'm livid about this experience and will never recommend this place to anyone who is trying to quit smoking or wants gummies or anything again. read more

They usually have what I need, and everyone who I've encountered has known what they were talking about. Also, long black haired person with the piercings, you should absolutely get your vertical labret done! read more

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff able to customize my experience and get the best value for my money. Will return very soon. Highly recommended! read more

One of the best vape shops in the area. Great selection of quality products and mods that you can actually find parts for elsewhere if needed. Great selection of e-juice flavors and plenty of carts to keep you stocked. Some of the best quality CBD products and selection I've seen in town as well. Always friendly and helpful staff who actually know and use what they sell, so it's not like they'll lead you the wrong way. read more

Awesome place for my fellow vape-tobacco enthusiasts! In my opinion, these shops are make or break based off of customer service. This one has some GREAT homies behind the counter, including the woman with long curly brown hair that I've seen in the Raleigh location as well. She is phenomenal and SO knowledgeable about the products she sells. I never feel like I'm being oversold or pressured to buy anything, and I truly believe that they have their customers best interests at heart. The products are decent to good quality, and I will definitely be going back. Plethora of pens and glass, as well as CBD and flavored vapor. (yes, they have Juul products). read more

Always have a great experience here!! I believe the owner has served me every time. Super friendly and knowledgeable on products. Look forward to returning soon. read more

Horrible customer service by the supposed "owner". I bought a defective bottle of vape juice and when I approached the owner, I was told he wasn't going to help me all while using racial slurs and the "N" word which was highly unprofessional. Will never go to this vape store again and I suggest you find another vape shop with better customer service. read more

Don't try calling because the phone will not be answered. This shop sells replica disposables that malfunction at higher rates. The last three disposables I got from here all were faulty, I purchase the same brand from other vape shops all the time and they work perfect. Additionally, the appearance of their devices is slightly different with devices of the same brand which leads me to believe the disposables they sell are replicas that Haven gets discounted. I once purchased a faulty device from Haven and recognized it in store. I was told "there is nothing that can be done" and then staff attempts to sell me another device at full price. If you're looking to be scammed shop Haven!! read more

I am new to vaping and had some questions. Both people there were helpful and patient. Though it is out of my way I will definitely go here from now on. read more
