Defending American Freedom and right to wear mask or not!
    Nissa R.

Clean helpful and friendly. Great variety of items family owned! Very kind and helpful staff! Love this store! But most of all they support freedom ! The right to choose to mask or not !

Free plant at checkout today! They are so sweet here!

When it comes to grocery stores I am most concerned with the chocolate selection (no, I'm not kidding), so let's start with that. Good Earth carries some specialty brands not easily found elsewhere including Tcho, Alter Ego, Vosges, Tony's Chocolonely, and the entire line of Chocolove Bars (an excellent CO-based company specializing in traditional and creative flavors). They also have bagged Marich candies and a bulk section which (along with pantry and baking staples, granola, specialty grains (blue cornmeal!), nuts, and dried fruits) offers some treats, most importantly dark chocolate honeycomb. Lastly, they have a huge variety of alternative sweeteners (they were the only local store I could find that carries powdered Swerve), as well as prepared sweets like (keto friendly) Lily's and Lakanto chocolate bars. If you are not an uncontrolled candy fanatic there is plenty for you here too. They have a small organic produce section, dried fruits and nuts, cheese, ice cream, tons of nut milks, grind your own nut butters, chips and other snacks, specialty oils and vinegars, and household cleaning supplies. They carry delicious baked goods including Abigail's Bakery bread, which is local and amazing (Cheddar Jalapeno is life changing, trust). They have Hydroflask bottles at lower-than-suggested retail prices. Their essential oil selection is huge. They are the only place nearby that sells local Nature's Fusions along with their own line, and at least two other common brands. They have incense and a variety of bath and body products and candles. Their vitamin and supplement selection is extensive, even featuring CBD oil and related products. And after all that that they even have adorable houseplants! Basically, you will find most anything a normal grocery store would carry, only it's healthier/local/specialty/cooler. Their regular prices are high, but their sale prices can be as much as (or more than) 50% off. Employees are always so so sweet and friendly. The store is well organized and clean. They offer free classes and seminars on a variety of topics. I most recently attended a great one on sourdough baking. Natural grocery stores, once relegated to hippies, have become one of my go-to shopping spots. What is happening? Am I getting old? Just uncool? While Good Earth will never be the store at which I do the majority of my shopping, it holds a permanent place in my grocery rotation, and hasn't yet let me down when searching for any specific all-natural type product.

Good selection of healthy foods! Very nice employees. Won't harass you for not wearing a mask, i.e. cares about your freedom!

My sister bought several supplements at my request during post partum that came with a promotional offer at a later date. When I decided to return a couple of unopened items (within the return window), I was told I couldn't process the return without also surrendering the promotional offer--even though I was immediately buying additional supplements that more than qualified me for the same promotion again. The staff insisted on the full original card being returned, acting as if I was trying to scam the system by keeping it. The interaction felt accusatory and overly suspicious from the start. Instead of working with me as a repeat customer who was still spending money in the store, they made me feel like I was committing fraud. No flexibility, no common sense applied--just rigid policy enforcement that treated me like I was dishonest. I understand stores need to protect themselves from abuse, but this approach completely lacks basic customer service principles. A simple solution like issuing a new card for my new purchase or verifying eligibility on the spot would have resolved it instantly. Instead, the experience was stressful and left a sour taste. While the product selection and prices might be decent, the way I was handled during this return makes me hesitant to shop here again. Customer service matters just as much as the products on the shelf. In this case, it fell far short.

These ladies are my gaurdian angels. I was super sick a few months back and they noticed that I was'nt looking very good. They pooled together their resources and left a very generous gratuity with the promise that I go to urgent care immediately after work. So I kept my promise and turns out I'm diabetic. My blood sugar was in the high 500's and who knows how long it had been that way as I had not been feeling well. I also had pneumonia. I was sent immediately to the emergency room where I spent the next 6 days recovering. These ladies saved my life and in appreciation.I was looking for something nice to do. Sprouts team member T heard my story and offered me sample bags to start me off and they were filled with all sorts of goodies! I added some personal items and I am so excited to gift my little ladies with these goodie bags all thanks to T. Thank you for being a cornerstone of my community and I love Sprouts as my go too Neighborhood grocery store. Its a great place for unique gift Ideas and stocking stuffers for the holidays or dinner ideas on the go. Thank you for all that you do! Sincerly~ Christopher Hardman
