I asked how many days they needed to finish and he claimed he would get the whole job done in one day! It involved removing five trees, doing some major pruning on an annoying set of trees that hung over from my neighbor's yard and pruning and shaping a large, out of control lemon tree! They were held up on a prior job, so they didn't arrive when they said they would, but once they arrived, oh, boy! They were amazing! I've already been waiting quite a while for this, which makes the no-call/no-show twice even more frustrating. At this point, I've had to follow up myself just to get answers, which shouldn't be the customer's responsibility. I've requested a confirmed reschedule date, but the lack of urgency on their end is concerning. I would prefer not to escalate this issue to the contractor , but I absolutely will if this continues to be a problem. Honestly, if installation is too much to handle, they could at least deliver the door to my front porch. The bare minimum would be communication and accountability--both of which are clearly lacking here. Would not recommend based on this experience.
