Not a bad vape store but frankly disappointed in their customer service. I came in for juul pods and was referred to a product called bar pods by the attendant at the store who claimed they are equivalent to juul pods and will function perfectly. Not true in the slightest as the bar pods burned my throat every hit i took something that never happened with juul pods. Upon request for a refund they refused to refund me and needless to say i will drive 15 minutes out of my way everytime than patronize this location ever again! read more

That happens to be their Poker night, so it makes complete sense. However, I think the staff, service, food, ambience, and kava are what make this place exceptional. I had been to a couple kava bars but Colton did an outstanding job of explaining the differences between the Kava and Kratom and the effects. He even did a do-over when my guest finally arrived. With such insightful guidance, I went with his recommendation of the double dragon, choosing the green tea and a shot of kava. Colton may have okay taste in English football, amazing taste in Italian football, but his choices in drinks are unparalleled. The drink was delicious, not too sweet, and perfectly balanced. If I'm being honest, this was the first time I actually felt the effects of kava. Outside, of Colton, the vibes are inviting and intimate, but not exclusive. The decor and music create a very relaxing atmosphere, which is conducive to the experience. There's a pool table and game room, a stage area, and a bar, in addition to all the couches and seats around. I didn't have any if the food this time, but they have lovely cakes and pastries, as well a pizzas and bar food. If the food is as well crafted as the rest of the place, I'll definitely be eating here next time. It's a bit of a journey for me, but the experience is well worth it. Will try to see what bands perform there and try to catch one that I like. If you're looking for a place to relax and have a great time, the Chill Room OG location is the one you want.

This was the only plant on my balcony, so there's absolutely no way the infestation came from anywhere else but the store. To make matters worse, a friend of mine bought a similar trellis bougainvillea from this same place the same week, and guess what? Hers had worms too. This clearly points to a problem with the plants they're selling. Even more upsetting, my cat ended up getting sick after coming into contact with the worms--leading to a $400 vet bill. I brought the dead plant back in hopes they would at least take some responsibility, offer a refund, an exchange, or help nurse the plant back to health. Instead, all they did was offer a systemic treatment, and made no guarantees or effort to ensure the plant was actually healthy. This was such a disappointing and costly experience--both financially and emotionally. I won't be shopping here again, and I highly recommend others think twice before purchasing plants from here without carefully checking for pests.

I have been to many different Vape Stores and Good Clean Vapes in the Riverbridge Shopping Center is hands-down the best most professional store I've ever been to. They immediately greet you even if they are with another customer, they actually pay attention to you and help you with everything that you need (instead of playing around with their friends that are sitting at the bar). They have good quality oils and spend time with you picking which oil is best for you as well as the nicotine level. They even helped me find a pen that was best suited for me. They help you from A-to-Z with everything and make sure you leave as a happy customer. I have actually been to other stores and have been totally ignored, had flavors given to me and they told me to put it on my own pen walked away and didn't even see if I liked it or anything. I could go on and on about the bad experiences I've had. More importantly I could go on and on about the great experience I've had at Good Clean Vapes. Adam is a very helpful employee and is very knowledgeable this is the only store I will go to!!!!! He definitely is an asset to the store!!! read more

I lost my vape at the airport, and just happened across Good Clean Vapes while exploring the area in my rental car; I'm certainly happy that I stopped in! Delilah was an absolute gem to work with, and she shared her vast knowledge of he available units. As a New Yorker, I'm not known for chit-chatting and hanging around a store for too long, but after 20 minutes, I was still chilling out at the counter, talking with Delilah and her husband while She set up and filled my new vape for me. The added bonus (and I kid you not) is that there's a Taco Bell in the same building. Next time I'm bringing Nachos and spending an hour there! read more

Went in to this shop yesterday for a fresh build and some juice , just moving to lantana from cali a few days prior I didn't expect much being spoiled on the west coast with a vape shop at every corner , but I'll tell u what they have the best juices I've ever had out of any shop I've ever been to , no BS . The guys in there are helpful know what there doing and have two pretty sick full race track bikes in the shop.
