The chef messaged me himself, gave me some sample menus, allowed me some flexibility, and quoted me over yelp messaging. After reviewing several offerings , Dyce was the most professional, catering to my palate and accommodating all of my guests needs. Price will vary depending on how you want your menu, I paid about $100 per person but I tipped well over 20% for the fantastic results. The chef hand picked the ingredients day of the service. He gave me live updates on the menu changes given the offerings at the market wasn't up to his standard. A little disappointed but I trusted the chef. You can see the images below, he food was fresh, well presented, and the taste was perfect. The chef himself has plenty of experience, and you can tell he was passionate of his products.
