Facility is clean and they always understood our apprehension about not being able to set the pup down until all of his vaccinations were complete, and ensured us they had the room and area cleaned before we could set him down, which was a huge relief. Our puppy always seemed to be excited to see their technicians and vets, so to me, that's a good sign. We have not yet had the chance to check out the pet hotel/resort as our pup is not neutered yet, which is one of the requirements, so that's still TBD.

We have a large doggy named Milo and he kept nipping and jumping on people. Play biting and jumping for bigger dogs is difficult because we have older parents and his jumping and nipping could hurt them.
