And since my last review of this establishment over 14 years ago, I make it a point to come here when I'm in town. My latest preference is that as much as I enjoy a good IPA, I'm tired of them right now. So on my most recent trip to Cyclone Liquors, I was looking for some nice Belgian Beers. Here's what I found here and took home: St. Bernadus #12, Rochefort 8, and Bosteels Tripel Karmeliet. These beers are meant to be sipped and I'll be back from more.

I browsed more and came back and then the cashier acknowledged me. She ended up being nice and threw in 2 samples for us. Maybe it was the amount we spent that made her generous.

The young lady working was polite enough, but never came out from behind the counter. Quite a 180 from my experience at Liquor Lovers. I picked up a bottle of Penelope Wheated and a New Riff for my shelf. I'd go back because of the selection. But the customer service is lacking like a lot of other shops throughout the metro... They say bourbon hunting and the people who do it make up a community all in itself... And part of that community is the store staff. To be personable, to strike up a conversation, to get to know your customers... Especially when good bottles cost $40-$200+ each... It's important.

I am a secret shopper, and I was recently made aware of concerns regarding inconsistent pricing being charged to different customers. Over a two-week period, I personally visited your location to observe this issue. Unfortunately, I found the concerns to be valid. During this time, I purchased the same vape product on multiple occasions and was charged prices ranging from $28 to $42. This level of price variation for the same item, without clear explanation, is not consistent with standard business or economic practices. It appears that pricing is being adjusted arbitrarily rather than applied consistently. As a result of this experience, I will no longer be shopping at your establishment. Additionally, I will be informing other customers that this pricing inconsistency is not isolated to individual situations. Please understand that transparency and consistency are essential to maintaining customer trust.
