Bathroom were clean and the staff was friendly, but not super helpful. What I was most impressed by was the massive gift section. There were Hawkeye/Cyclone items, decor, wine and much more. Had I spent more time there, I am sure I would have walked out with a birthday present for my mother in-law or mom! Additionally, there is an Arbys (with a drive thru) and Godfathers housed here. Some are mirror images of one another, which I refer to as left hand stores and right hand stores, depending on which way you turn to approach the cash registers. This is a right hand store. When you go into the store, you'll get that feeling of Deja vu, which is exactly what the owners want you to feel. This store is newer so it uses the newer floor plan. It's left handed. Karuba Coffee, Dunkers, doughnuts, and hot foods are straight back. Rest rooms are on the far end, take a left at the cooler. Lottery forms are back there, too, for processing at the registers. The no-fee ATMs are to your left as you enter the store. Out on the gas island, you'll find Unleaded, Unleaded Premium, E-85, Unleaded 88, and Diesel #2. The store is 24/7. If you happen to drive an 18-wheeler, there is a separate truck fueling station. It's easy in and easy out with no silly roundabouts to come through. You'll find Diesel #2, Premium Diesel, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid. This is a nearly complete auto and truck plaza, there's no car wash but that's about all that's missing. It's a complete convenience store with sandwiches, coffee and soft drinks and almost anything you could need in the coolers, freezers and food gondolas. Like all Kwik Trips, the bakery all comes from La Crosse and it's pretty good. It's everything you've come to expect in a Kwik Trip and a whole lot more.

Then hear videos being played in the stall. I asked the employee, "are you just sitting there watching videos?" He smugly replied, "yeah, I am" and turns up the volume. I go to a manager to complain, and I can't get him to even acknowledge my presence. I tried to tell him about the employee sitting in the bathroom just watching videos. He ignores me. No comment. Nothing. Straight out ignores me as if I was not there. When I go up the counter to make my purchases, he's behind the counter and won't make eye contact. On any other day, I would have nothing but praise for this store. I don't know the manager who ignored me, nor do I know the employee that was having his movie break. I don't know who, if anyone, was in charge. As a customer, I feel very disrespected by this treatment. I'm, however, so pleased that employees watching videos in the bathroom have a higher priority than customers. In any case, when a customer comes up to an employee, (let alone a manager) and has a complaint, be professional at least and have the common decency to not ignore the customer.
