I needed a document notarized as a "copy true to original" and the bank wouldn't do it. I yelped mobile notary and this one popped up first. I called them to see what their fee was to come to the office and how much per page. They charged $175 to come out and for one page included, and any additional pages were $5. I wasn't in too much of a rush but they offered to come same day since we would be in the office for a while. Serene came by and was the most pleasant person! Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with them. I called for a quote and Mike communicated that it would cost $5 dollars to come to the place and an additional $2 dollars per document. Even though I work in mid-town it would be easier to get a mobile work vs. walking 5 blocks to an UPS location. The one page document cost me $85 dollars. Even though I called the 914-714-7550 number to clarify the quote and the different in price, it was communicated to me that it was a communication. ADVISE TO ANY USER: Have their quotes in writing and do not trust any costs provided via phone. I will never leverage their services in the future and will advise all colleagues at work in case they need their documents notarized. $85 for a document is a joke, particularly when they advertise their offices and mail correspondence 2 blocks away from my office. read more

I was in a jam closing on my house in Chicago and had to have several documents notarized here in New York...after calling around several very RUDE companies and some that never called you back (even if they had 5 stars with 41 reviews). I called Good 2 Go Mobile Notary & Apostille Services and was shocked with the wonderful and FRIENDLY service that I received just calling them on the phone and seeing if they were available. Another company I called that was a "mobile" service stated I would need to come to him in Union Square...why would you call yourself mobile if people still have to come to you? I spoke to Ricky initially and he was so considerate and polite. He went over the prices with me which I thought were initially a little high but after the wonderful service I received worth every single penny. I had a horrible time finding someone that would come to Brooklyn...He went over pricing and let me know that his partner Andre would be taking care of my papers and that he would call me to confirm and get me an ETA. I told Ricky I wanted it done today as I was traveling to LA the next day and the papers were actually due yesterday. He stated it was not a problem at all and Andre would be there at 400-430PM. Andre called me and stated he could get there earlier and asked if that would be OK...uhm yes! Andre ran a little late thanks to the great NYC traffic and was coming in from Manhattan, but he called to let me know he was running a bit late and stated where he was and told me that he would be there soon. When Andre got to my home he was so very polite quick and friendly! he went over the papers signed what he had to and reviewed my papers again to just double check everything!
