I'm specifically here to try to reach the owner. So many problems I dont know where to start. How about here... Dinorah is very challenging to work with. How she's still employed is beyond me. When I email her and cc my husband, she only responds to my husband. She has been the worst part of this not so great experience. Someone came out to give us a quote. We accepted and never got to talk to that person again. Dinorah had never been to our house but she's the only person we could communicate with. There wasn't an on-site project manager at any point. 1 or 2 people showed up for this or that and when I had questions, told me to call the office. Our project has been complete for close to a year, and we have been having issues with the pebble tech and we can't get them to call us back or come back out to look. At the end of our project, no one called or came out to see the finished project. They now claim that we still owe them $250...again, project has been done for close to a year and until we reached out to them with an issue they never asked us for more money. Dinorah says they'll do nothing about the issue and the warranty doesn't kick in until we pay. We don't actually owe them that money, but that's besides the point right now. We need to hear from the owner. Feel free to call my husband even though I've been the point person on this project the entire time

The owner KYLE SKINNER came to the site in 2021 & HAS NEVER returned. The Skinner Contract guaranteed the preparation & plastering for 15 years. The price was $20,000.+ included new pool equipment. Extra costs were demolishing the plaster by Kyle's colleague, who also demolished the pool deck, for $4,500. Then I had to hire another firm to provide a new pool deck. After the plaster drying period passed, Skinner said I had to hire a firm to do the pool "startup." That pool company continues to clean the pool weekly. 1. The new Skimmer/weir never worked properly. I called, emailed, etc.: it still does not function. There are a pile of leaves at the deep end of the pool almost always. 2. Even worse, the Skinner Plastering job has been deteriorating, both in the deep end & on the pool entry steps. I wrote Kyle, asking for the contract guarantee to be honored, with a firm date to redo the prep & plastering. 3. SKINNER & Kyle have not replied . 4. I relied on Skinner & Kyle's expertise to provide a satisfactory project. 5. I wish to resolve this amicably, but if SKINNER does not respond soon, legal action to cover my financial losses will be necessary.
