The bouquet was very small -equivalent to a $50 bouquet (as seen on their website), the vase wasn't the one that I picked out, I paid for a balloon they neglected to deliver (they did deliver two balloons the next day-anticlimactic). I purchased quite a few bouquet arrangements of assorted sizes and mixed seasonal colors for my 'country floral' vibe as well as Eucalyptus cuttings which she went above and beyond in providing me 2 different varieties!! Everything came out absolutely adorable and I loved her choices in the mixed style vases since I left that one up to her. She also provided my bridal bouquet accommodating my last minute request since I kind of forgot about this piece until the week before (oops). I gave her a reference photo for colors and she nailed it! So happy with her florals, service, and responsiveness all around. 10/10 would recommend. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service.
