I am currently out of state for work and an unknown number was calling my cellphone, it was the delivery driver from a trusted florist that was sublet to take care of my order. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. The High Magic roses were especially important to us because they were the floral motif for our entire wedding, and Steve got them absolutely right. House of Stemms created my bouquet and the maid of honor's bouquet, beautiful arrangements for our buffet and welcome tables, and the High Magic roses for our guest tables.
