My doctor recommended that I have more salmon, so this is a welcome way to get more salmon in my diet. The mashed potatoes are wonderful, but some low carb choices would be better. I also tried the continental wrap with ham and Brie. Very good but if they could have put in a bit more honey mustard and added apples, might be spectacular. Also, the Cobb salad is fresh and delicious. Very large salad with crisp lettuce, bacon, grilled chicken, cheese, avocado and grapes.

5 Stars -- Our Dream Wedding at Coral House & Dream Events!…read more From the moment we walked into the Coral House, we were treated like family. Patrick and Leandra greeted us with such warmth that we looked forward to every visit. Jay, our Manager, was an absolute gem -- knowledgeable, organized, and incredibly patient. She has an amazing design eye and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, from décor to timing to keeping this panicked bride calm! The food was outstanding. At our tasting, we were surprised with full-sized portions of each dish -- and the food served on our wedding day was exactly the same: hot, delicious, and beautifully plated. Our maître d', DJ, took care of us all evening and made sure we had everything we needed. The private bridal suite stocked with hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and a personal server was such a classy touch. The service from every Coral House staff member was impeccable -- professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Even staff not assigned to our party greeted us with smiles and offers to help. Dream Events, led by Samantha, handled our entertainment package flawlessly -- the DJ (Christian) was phenomenal, the bartender kept the drinks flowing, the décor was stunning, and the photographer captured every moment. Our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was -- especially the ice cream cart after all that dancing! Coral House and Dream Events delivered above and beyond what they promised. Our wedding was perfect, and we have zero complaints. If you're looking for a venue and team that truly care about your day, this is it.

There were plenty of choices to accommodate different dietary needs and preferences, which made everyone feel included. The food was delicious. The chicken marsala, baby potatoes, broccoli rabe, and steak were all excellent and received many compliments from our guests. The drinks, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We received so much positive feedback and many people commented that it was the best end of year event we have had. It came out juicy, tender and flavorful, even more so when I added the extra jerk sauce that came on the side. Chef Cani told me that he used the back leg of the pork. She lied to us about everything. She had us thinking we were receiving one thing but that was not the case, Sherlett went out of her way to make sure we received everything we anticipated. She accommodated us in every way possible, as long as I can book with Sherlett, I will be sure to use the factory again. 1) She lied about picking our own signature drinks, thankfully the bartenders were able to adapt. 2) She lied about setting appointments for tastings and never answered her phone on numerous attempts to connect. 3) She lied to us about having a two hour unlimited signature drinks for our class reunion and never told us we had to pay additional fees for that. What an embarrassment to our class reunion? Thank God for Sherlett (GM) 4) She lied about we can use the TV's for our montage in which was another additional fee that she forgot to mention. 5) She lied about our DJ can use the speakers. Another memory loss for Sandy. 6) She lied about we can have usage of the kitchen. She couldn't remember that either. Brain fog! She's a complete liar! We put all of our trust in a pathological liar. Do not ever book with the liar Sandy! She's untrustworthy and will sell you dreams in which none of it will come true. The head bosses need to fire her on the spot. Book with Sherlett instead and watch your event go as planned. The general Manager Sherlett was so amazing. She came to the rescue and went above and beyond for our class reunion. Fast pace, social, dressed in all black, communicating and having fun with us. The Factory is a great place to have an event and I would definitely book again but next time it'll be with the general manager Sherlett. Never again will I deal with lying Sandy!
