In addition to delicious food, amazing team setting up and overall great experience, we also hired 4 servers through them, and they were outstanding ! Next time you need waitresses for your party, ask for Joanne, Elizabeth, Christine and Melissa. These 4 ladies worked amazingly together. They took care of everything without even having to be asked. I received a phone call about ten minutes later. They ran out of brisket! The owner Chris called me personally. He offered several reasonable substitutions, but we really wanted the brisket. Chris was very pleasant, personable and polite. He instructed me to call back next Thursday through Sunday, as those are the only days the brisket is sold. The owner apologized for the inconvenience, and said he would include extra brisket in our upcoming order to compensate for their shortage. Chris said to simply place a reminder in the notes on the third party app. He made the resolution so simple! We ordered yesterday, and indicated Chris' instructions on the third party app. The order was delivered quickly and perfectly! The brisket was well worth waiting for, and the restaurant definitely gave us extra meat, as promised. The meat fell right off the fork. I didn't even need to use a knife. This is melt in your mouth brisket, complete with the smoke ring. Real deal. We requested that they put the marinade on the side. Like any good piece of meat, the marinade was complementary, but not necessary. It was just like when you go to an exceptional steakhouse, if the meat is high quality, steak sauce and additional condiments are not required. The corn bread was homemade, soft and tasty. The fries were nicely seasoned and very fresh. The coleslaw and onion rings were excellent. The macaroni and cheese was an interesting blend of shell pasta with a thick peppery cheese sauce. Very good. I would definitely recommend this eatery. Everything was amazing. I will be a repeat customer. I would also like to thank Chris personally for his professionalism and excellent customer service. You should try them if you are looking for great barbecue! A+++

Is it possible to leave 3.5 stars?…read more I got married here on 1/18. I'll start with the pros: 1) Jay was extremely helpful and nice the entire process leading up to the wedding. We really enjoyed working with her on the wedding planning itself. 2) The room looked absolutely beautiful the day of. The decor was beautiful and overall I was blown away with the set up. 3) The food was absolutely delicious, my guests raved about the food. Now the cons... 1) We were extremely disappointed in our Maître D. I wish I remembered his name. First off, he was extremely underdressed in a way that did not demonstrated he was the one running the show and in charge. Second, when we were finishing photos in the main room and my guests were coming, he was absolutely nowhere to be found. We needed him to usher people into the bar room so I could run to the bridal suite. Then he was absolutely nowhere to be found when we needed to line up for the ceremony then reception. It was just an overall trend that he was nowhere to be found when we needed him and was not helpful with guiding us throughout the party. 3) As helpful and kind as Jay was during the pre-wedding, when my husband came to her office scrambling because we had no idea where the Maître D was or what to do, she just stood there and didn't help us. She saw the panic we were all experiencing in with figuring out what to do and some guidance and wasn't helpful. 4) Considering we still gave Jay a tip at the end of the night, not a single person at Coral House called us the next day or week after to see how everything went and to tell us if we left anything there (which we know we did, but didn't know what exactly or how much). We know a (hopefully empty) card box and a few mr&mrs signs were left there (which we weren't schlepping back there for), and we were hopeful some cocktail napkins and flowers were left (which we would have came for) Not a single phone call or follow up. Overall the front of the house, guest experience was great and my guests had a fantastic time, but you would have thought it was their first wedding there considering how much lack of guidance we had behind the scenes and disregard of checking in. All of our vendors have followed up to see how the night went except Coral House.

Susanne, who was our main contact throughout the process, is tremendously organized and communicative, and Joe and his team are experts in food and hospitality. At our tasting, Joe and Susanne gave us great suggestions to tweak our menu, and welcomed our feedback. Renting table linens and coolers for our bar through them was also a breeze, removing a layer of stress from planning. Not to mention, LCI's rates for their excellent service were more than fair, and we really appreciated their price transparency on their website. On our wedding day, the food was just as good if not even better than at our tasting. Several guests approached us to give their compliments about the meal, and my family who works in hospitality was particularly impressed by the level of care paid to every detail, down to the sparkling clean silverware. One of the best moments for us was seeing the entree Joe made for our vegan guest, who was nearly moved to tears by how thoughtfully it was prepared! During cocktail hour, the passed appetizers came out at a steady pace, and I'm pretty sure the last table called was up at the buffet before my wife and I even finished our plates. We spotted plenty of guests going up for seconds, too. As for the bar, the bartender was friendly and quick, and he executed our signature drinks perfectly. She lied to us about everything. She had us thinking we were receiving one thing but that was not the case, Sherlett went out of her way to make sure we received everything we anticipated. She accommodated us in every way possible, as long as I can book with Sherlett, I will be sure to use the factory again. 1) She lied about picking our own signature drinks, thankfully the bartenders were able to adapt. 2) She lied about setting appointments for tastings and never answered her phone on numerous attempts to connect. 3) She lied to us about having a two hour unlimited signature drinks for our class reunion and never told us we had to pay additional fees for that. What an embarrassment to our class reunion? Thank God for Sherlett (GM) 4) She lied about we can use the TV's for our montage in which was another additional fee that she forgot to mention. 5) She lied about our DJ can use the speakers. Another memory loss for Sandy. 6) She lied about we can have usage of the kitchen. She couldn't remember that either. Brain fog! She's a complete liar! We put all of our trust in a pathological liar. Do not ever book with the liar Sandy! She's untrustworthy and will sell you dreams in which none of it will come true. The head bosses need to fire her on the spot. Book with Sherlett instead and watch your event go as planned. The general Manager Sherlett was so amazing. She came to the rescue and went above and beyond for our class reunion. She provided us with everything we needed and more. Joe was very helpful and went out his way for us as well. Hats off to him The bartender team were on point. Fast pace, social, dressed in all black, communicating and having fun with us. The Factory is a great place to have an event and I would definitely book again but next time it'll be with the general manager Sherlett. Never again will I deal with lying Sandy! She's horrible and disgraceful, ignorant and rude, unsophisticated peasant in my opinion.
