This place is still great. They get very crowded after school so expect a wait. The teas still taste good and still enjoy watching them being made. If you don't like killer sweet, ask for less sweet.

Love this place. My family and i visit this location multiple times. I use to order online but find that going in and ordering is exactly the same. Over some time i have been able to order several drinks. I have tried the dirty brown drink and personally didnt like it. I am a huge fan of the Passionfruit green tea. I really like this flavor alot. The lemonades are great as well. Strawberry and lychee are my favorite flavors for the lemonades. The slushy are great and i feel like they will make it in any flavor. I have tried the Strawberry lemonade slush, the mango slush, the pineapple slush and coconut slush. They are all great. My daughter is really into the pearls. I dont really like them but i do enjoy the mango popping pearls and the coconut ones. The service here is always great and quick. Usually there's about four or five people behind the counter. During my last visit on a Monday at around 1pm, there was ONE guy. He would take one order and make their items...then take the next order and make their drinks, etc. I came in and ordered six drinks. The guy quickly took my order and made my drinks with no problem. I appreciated his service and how smooth and quickly he handed my order despite being alone. Overall i will continue to order from here. I love the service and the teas are amazing. I can't wait to continue trying new items.

The interior of this spot is so niceeee, I love it for Fordham. It's nice and clean and spacious, it would be nice if there was a set of chairs for visitors. Along with the line set up is a bit confusing. The drinks were great and service was quick but the girl at the counter was a bit rude to my friend, I don't understand why. Her attitude was initially nasty as if my friend should have known what to order, I don't know if it was intentional. Since as she served me and I gave the same tone as her, she seemed to be nicer to me for some reason. But overall, I would recommend this spot. I wish the special drinks were allowed to be ordered on doordash.

Wow! Can't believe Gong Cha opened another location in the Bronx! Their bubble tea are so good! I always get the dirty brown sugar with half sugar and it tastes like heaven. Can't wait to drop by for their buy 1 get 1 free grand opening special.

Being somewhat in the area today, I wanted to stop in to my favorite bubble tea shop (the brand not…read morethe location). I walk in, I'm the only customer there, 3 ladies working, all on their phones, not one of them looks up to acknowledge or help me. Finally after a minute or so of me staring at the one who appeared to be the order taker, she looks up and asks if I know what I want, in an annoyed manner since I'd interrupted her Instagramming. I knew I wanted a strawberry milk tea without bubbles, easy enough. I wanted to try something from the crème brûlée series but couldnt think of the name at that moment, she named every coffee drink except that, I ended up going into my phone and finding the name..all while the line is now building behind me. I told her I wanted bubbles in it, she proceeded to tell me how they were 'out of bubbles for now.' This boggled my mind as their entire business is based on BUBBLE tea. Since I was there after driving 20 minutes out of my way to visit, I accepted it without bubbles. As I'm standing there waiting for it to be made, the woman after me orders something with bubbles, was also told they were out but was offered other options. Why wasn't I offered? Not to mention I saw a few cups there waiting to be made, with bubbles in them! And after all that, the drink was NOT tasty at all. This was a very disappointing experience and I likely will not visit this particular location again, but instead would try the one on Fordham Rd which isn't too far away or in Hartsdale on my way home up the Bronx River Pkwy. My words of advice..be conscious of the fact they may be out of bubbles barely halfway into their business day.

This place is incredibly easy to miss unless you're intentionally looking for it. I've gone past it…read moreso many times without a clue this establishment was even there. I loved the ambiance of the place, it was so cozy, warm and relaxing. The music they were playing matched perfectly with the vibe and aesthetics of the place, it was soft and romantic in a way. There are plenty of tables available for groups or solo dates. This is a perfect place to sit down and journal or get some work done. I literally only waited 10 minutes from start to finish to get my takeout, I sat down on one of the available tables and immediately started reading my Bible app, truly relaxing. Half of the tablets were occupied but everyone appeared to be relaxed and just enjoying their meals so the noise level was low. If you're waiting for takeout they give you a ticket and then bring your takeout to the table you're at. If you ordered in advance for a pick up you just walk to the counter and they hand over your food. The staff were friendly and graceful. While I was ordering my food at the counter, I was able to see the staff handling some of the food. They were plating, and I was pleasantly surprised with the fact that all of them were wearing gloves even while they were taking the prepared food to the tables. You get 5% off your bill if you pay with cash. There are no atms inside. Now let's talk about the actual food, the star of the show. I ordered the claypot braised pork belly and I was notttt disappointed! This meal was such a unique experience. I am used to eating very flavorful and well seasoned dishes overall so I've tasted plenty of dishes that had more flavor than this. However, I have never enjoyed a dish that was so intentional with all of its textures and tastes. The rice was soft and light, and the vegetables had the perfect amount of crunch and spice, while the pork had a mild sweetness to it. The egg was a perfect add on to put it all together. This is the kind of plate that you have to truly eat everything it's served with to fully enjoy all of the different textures and flavors that it brings. If any of the spices or flavors would've been overwhelming, it would take away from the other flavors every item on the plate has to offer. I put a little of everything with each bite, yummm. The only flaw with the dish unfortunately is that the larger portions of the pork were chewy and a bit dry, which based on other reviews seems to be a thing. The smaller pieces were very tender and delicious. I will definitely order again from here. I'm excited to try their homemade soda, coffees and their summer/spring roles Happy yelping and enjoy

It is accessible via MTA NYC Transit A train either at 175th Street or 168th Street stations and followed by a brief walk. I purposely chose 175th Street subway station because I verifiably hate 168th Street - A train subway station due to the as its lengthy underground passageway labyrinth of corridors in many blind spot twists, turns and the three (3) large cattle elevators are eternity slow to arrive for access to the street level. In the past I was a victim of a physical assault while making a transfer from the A train to 1 train at 168th Street in this underground passageway labyrinth. Customer service is attentive, friendly and welcoming with accurate order taking and including order fulfillment. Peach Oolong tea, medium $6.00 herbal jelly half sugar 50% more ice My drink was delightfully refreshing as I needed something to conceded a grinding work week to commence a long holiday Labor Day weekend. I actually taste the Oolong tea. My favorite default topping grass jelly (aka herbal jelly) loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my standard request for $0.75 which was good, but not served chilled. The herbal jelly was blatantly measly paucity for quantity. One word: frugal!! The ice quantity was very paucity in the smallest measurement, amid my request for more ice. Indeed, my drink became room temperature during my long-haul subway ride home. The ice melted entirely during my long-haul subway ride home. Price is reasonable for my drink order. Moge Tee is an international bubble tea brand founded in China. They specialize in "new-style" drinks that are made with high quality ingredients like: -freshly brewed loose leaf teas (no powdered mixes) -real milk (no creamer) -hand picked fruits (no artificial syrups) -house made toppings like cheese foam The menu is extensive and has a mix of classic and creative/artisanal drinks - milk teas, fruit teas, brewed teas, matcha, etc. You can adjust the sugar and ice levels to your liking. I remember trying the cheese foam tea at this location (Fort Lee) when they first opened ~ 6 years ago and I wasn't a huge fan. I recently decided to give it another go. This time I ordered the Super Fruit Green Tea (~$8). I took the first sip and I knew I wasn't going to finish it. Not sure if the drink wasn't mixed properly, but it didn't taste balanced at all. The flavors were all over the place and every sip was something different - bitter, overwhelmingly sour, or sweet/syrupy. Bleh. Didn't taste like a refreshing fruit tea. The tapioca pearls were good - soft and chewy. Props to them for using real slices of fruit in the drink. The interior is super cute and "Instagram-worthy". It's spacious with plenty of seating. There's animal plushies, neon signage, a green wall, and claw games. Snap your photos away! Service was quick on a late weeknight, but the lack of customer interaction was off-putting. Call me old-fashioned, but I can't stand it when I walk into a business and employees stare at you and give off the "just order on the kiosks because I don't want to interact" type of vibe. Would it hurt ya to at least greet a customer? This could've been an "I ordered the wrong drink" situation. Or not.

I found Moge Tee, which looked legit and I remember trying their Midtown West location (which is now closed) and it was decent. I ordered on the kiosk in the store. After 10 minutes of waiting (with no one else waiting on a drink), my two drinks still weren't ready. Turns out the order didn't go through, which was a tad annoying. But the staff was very accommodating and expedited the drinks. I had the matcha with tofu pudding and my husband had the taro with regular pudding. I don't think these specific drinks had a customizable sugar level but I wish there was because they were a little too sweet. Both drinks were just okay (probably due to the sweetness level) but the toppings were good. It came out to $21 for two drinks, so pretty expensive - but it seems like that is the minimum for real bubble tea nowadays.
