I've been a customer of GoMow's for close to 5 years, I'd guess, and am a fan! In that time I've gone from a small Northeast Dallas yard to a rather large Northwest Dallas yard. These guys made them both look great week in and week out! (Even won yard of the month in my new neighborhood - sweet!) They have my credit card and my gate lock combo so I NEVER have to worry about it. But like with any mowing company, eventually something goes wrong (sprinkler head, rock being thrown, whatever) but with one call they took care of it the next day! Even calling me afterwards to make sure all was good. Beats putting out checks, leaving gates unlocked, wondering what will happen if something gets broken, or even if your yard will be mowed at all this season. I started service with GoMow two summers ago (taking winter breaks). Starting up again I could not be happier. The yard looks great with the detailed edging, a sharp first impression. Especially important to me because I work and see clients from my home. I'm impressed with the efficient way the crew works together, I wish I could convert my neighbors who share a loud and slow moving lawn service. The office staff is easy to reach, friendly and will address any concerns swiftly. I have hired Go Mow in Dallas 3 times and they've done a great job, exceeded my expectations. I initially just needed a one time mow in my backyard. The yard crew came out and mowed and did weed eating and edging and my yard looked great, there was unexpected attention to detail. The bed/bush/shrub crew came out and trimmed hedges in my backyard and did a great job. A yard crew came by the other day and did a fall leaf cleanup in my front beds and yard and did a very nice job. They were very thorough in getting all the leaves cleaned and bagged them up nicely. I want to recommend GoMow and encourage anyone who has lawn care issues and is not a natural gardener to sign up. This is our 3rd year with GoMow. Whenever the mowers come and I have a special request about an area to be dealt with in a certain way, it gets done. At times if there is an issue, GoMow customer service, it is taken care of immediately. We have had GoMow now for about 5 years. They are reliable and professional. They do a great job on my weekly lawn service. They also do incredible hedge trimming. They have been cutting our hedges now for 3 years and do a laser like finish --front 3 sides of my house. We are always getting compliments on how great our yard looks. I have been using them for years. They show up very consistently on the same day and report to me when the weather is interfering with my day. It is great that you can email them and have a credit card on file and it costs the same as what i charged when I mowed yards 20 years ago.
