To me, that was an incredible value! Another great thing about these guys is that they like follow ups. They ask you to call or stop by in a day or two just to make sure your car is all good. In the six Months that I had the service, my car was never really clean. My windshield always was left with marks from the machine, which made it difficult for me to see when I was driving my car. Also, one of the chief reasons I paid for the most expensive package was so that my car would receive air freshening treatment. I always had to ask for the service, and they never did it automatically. It made me wonder if they were washing my car in a premium way, or doing it on the minimal setting. When I contacted them to cancel my service, no one acknowledged me. When I called and left a voicemail, no one ever called me back either. Unfortunately, this place is the only one around that offers these types of services, so they are always busy, in spite of the poor quality of work they provide.

And the new tires I bought were not properly balanced and generated vibrations at highway speed. After I took the new tires elsewhere and had them rebalanced the vibration problem disappeared. The Towne Tire owner (Craig) denied all fault and actually asked me if I could document that the rim was not damaged before I brought it there! When I asked if he calibrates his tire balancing machine he told me it was a Snap On and didn't need maintenance! Stay away from this place. I'd give zero stars if I could.
