In the six Months that I had the service, my car was never really clean. My windshield always was left with marks from the machine, which made it difficult for me to see when I was driving my car. Also, one of the chief reasons I paid for the most expensive package was so that my car would receive air freshening treatment. I always had to ask for the service, and they never did it automatically. It made me wonder if they were washing my car in a premium way, or doing it on the minimal setting. When I contacted them to cancel my service, no one acknowledged me. When I called and left a voicemail, no one ever called me back either.
