I get blood work done routinely so I know the process, and when she took my tourniquet off she literally ripped it from my arm causing the needle to jump and stab me again. It was very painful and unprofessional. My arm is bruised and just in pain still.

I was assigned to this location for a pre-employment urine drug screen and blood TB test. I showed…read moreup as a walk-in initially and it was a 2 hour wait, so I made an appointment for the following day. My appointment was at 11am, however I didn't get called back until 11:45am. They require a LOT of urine for the urine sample and I wasn't able to provide as much as they needed, so they said to return to the waiting room, drink water, and let them know when I was ready and I would be called back right away. I drank 8 cups, let them know at 12:45pm and then wasn't called back until 1:15 (almost peed my dang pants waiting). They then had no record of me needing my bloodwork, despite it being on the order, and said they weren't able to do it. They were friendly, but they need more staff as it's too busy of a location to fill the needs of everyone coming in.

Update any additional information, and then you submit and are immediately placed in line. The receptionist will then call you up, and you give her any paperwork or information they need to know, which she will verify and take, and then you wait till you are called. When we arrived there was a bit of a wait but not too long. Once we signed in, we probably waited about 10 minutes, and we're called back. Labs took no more than 5 minutes to get done when we were out. Super clean, efficient location. The receptionist was super friendly and knowledgeable. I liked this system for sure and wouldn't mind coming back to this location.

I arrived right at 8 AM and there were two people already in the room. There was a nice check in kiosk with ease of use to scan and not only your license, but your insurance information as well. Before I was even done checking in one person had already been removed from the room to start their needed bloodwork. Within 12 minutes I was taken back have blood drawn and out the door 5 minutes after. The location was clean and the staff was friendly and engaging, and I feel like you can't ask more than that for a quick routine! Not to mention it was super quick, but know that I did arrive right when they open. If I ever need additional bloodwork done and I am sent to Lab Corp, I will definitely come back to this location!

One older who definitely knew better and one younger. They all knew I was here first including the front desk but no courtesy shown but the youngest one did show some respect to say go ahead you were here before me. But I was still told by the two front desk staff to go to the kiosk behind me to begin checking in while standing in line behind the person I was here before and she said I quoted one of y'all smh and she was old as dirt. And yet I finished the kiosk before them both and still had to go to the front desk and continue to be last. And had the nerve to say thank you. I shuck my head side to side as I looked her. If I didn't have to be here I wouldn't for sure. I also work in the healthcare industry. And I always respect my patients time and effort. This is the beginning of my morning and their morning for them to act like they had a whole lot of people behind them treating people like me like that. There was no place to sign in for TSA Precheck - only for drug screening. So, I sat down and hoped for the best. Almost immediately after I sat down, someone came out from the back and asked if anyone for TSA Precheck needed to sign in. I told her my name and appointment time - which was about 3 minutes away. I was called back when my appointment time came up. The woman doing the screening and fingerprinting was very efficient - the whole process took less than 5 minutes. I was in and out of the building in under 10 minutes. Be sure to make an appointment - that waiting room full of people was full of walk-ins...and I doubt their experience was overly pleasant.

I arrived at 10:25 for my 10:30 appointment and was called right away. Jon was the employee working with me. Within two minutes of our appointment the passport scanner stopped working abruptly. Jon tried to reset the scanner a couple of times, but nothing seemed to work. He ensured me that he was going to get it fixed and got on the phone with his support team. Throughout the entire process (over an hour long), Jon kept me informed about everything going on and let everyone else who walked in know of the current status. I could tell he was super frustrated, but he kept very calm. After nearly 45 minutes on the phone with support Jon finally got my passport to scan! The entire process, once the machine started working, only took about 7 minutes or so. Scheduling an appointment in-advance really helps with their process. I'm sure if the programs were working properly I would have been in and out in no time. Next up- no lines at the airport
