I was assigned to this location for a pre-employment urine drug screen and blood TB test. I showed…read moreup as a walk-in initially and it was a 2 hour wait, so I made an appointment for the following day. My appointment was at 11am, however I didn't get called back until 11:45am. They require a LOT of urine for the urine sample and I wasn't able to provide as much as they needed, so they said to return to the waiting room, drink water, and let them know when I was ready and I would be called back right away. I drank 8 cups, let them know at 12:45pm and then wasn't called back until 1:15 (almost peed my dang pants waiting). They then had no record of me needing my bloodwork, despite it being on the order, and said they weren't able to do it. They were friendly, but they need more staff as it's too busy of a location to fill the needs of everyone coming in.

Fortunately for her it was right across the street. I got the call at work and headed over. First of all it is a very clean building. There is a plethora of signage due to Covid and it all clearly spells out what you can and can't do. I entered the building and was approached by an employee. She asked me who I was here to see. I told her and she gave me a sticker for my shirt, a colored wristband and a paper mask. They told me where to go and I found my wife talking with a nurse in her room. I think I was there for a couple hours. Everyone was friendly and polite. The tests that were ordered didn't take very long and the physician's assistant was very patient answering my wife's questions. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

The first attempt at the I.V. she tried hitting a vein very close to an artery and a nerve. Well this professional Dr hit the nerve and caused severe pain from the top side of my elbow to my index finger. It caused my nerve to go into a spasm. I told her to stop, that was enough!!! To start with Dr Dragu has the bedside manners of an offspring of the devil himself.Rudes Dr I've ever had at this ER. She coped an attitude with me because I asked her to stop that it was causing horrible pain. So Dr Dragu tried my other arm. Yes, I'm a hard stick, but she could get an I.V. In my other arm and after failing twice, decided to give me a rash of crap!!! Talking to me like I was a 3 year old. Had enough of her crap, took all the crap they had hooked up to me and walked out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Dr. I hope someone from Atrium Health in a high position sees this review. The only upside to my visit was the incredibly nice nurse Andrea. I'm seeking legal advice and and taking measures to pursue Dr Dracu's Unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge of Sonegram usage and pain and suffering. See you in a few months Dr Dragu!!! There were two employees at the front desk and they were both very kind and considerate; however I…read morenoticed the toilet was filthy like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, it had a pink film in the water, plus one of the trash cans next to the sink was overflowing with garbage. This is a healthcare facility and you would think it would be cleaner. I would think healthcare employees would at least take some pride in their work environment and empty the trash and clean the bathroom. There were no other customers in there except for me, so I would think they had some time to get the place scrubbed and cleaned up. I have been there twice and both times I got bruising at the the needle entrance, which does happen sometimes but the filthiness of the facility did it for me.

i woke up sick...feeling pretty bad, tough to talk, had a little trouble breathing from a congested…read moretest...needed to see a doctor. most people need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis, to know what is wrong. this unique clinic demands you tell them what is wrong, ie diagnos it first, then they will see you. so, in order to get in here, you first have to go to a doctor, get a diagnosis so they can approve your reason for seeing them. it just kind of defeats the reason for going to a doctor. the person i talked to really lacked patience, and had exceptionally poor communication skills.
