I was sent to the below location by Dr's office with an emergency order and received -100% customer service. The two attendants were rude with a nasty attitude with no intention to help in any way. Office hours are listed until 5pm, but based on their behavior probably change to 4:30. All patients coming in aren't for work/drug test, there are patients dealing with LIFE medical issues that could use just a little empathy. Anyone knows if you're headed to get bloodwork done and there is no appointment you should be prepared to wait a questionable amount of time, which is why I always try and hit the ground running at these places first thing when they open. I arrived right at 8 AM and there were two people already in the room. There was a nice check in kiosk with ease of use to scan and not only your license, but your insurance information as well. Before I was even done checking in one person had already been removed from the room to start their needed bloodwork. Within 12 minutes I was taken back have blood drawn and out the door 5 minutes after. The location was clean and the staff was friendly and engaging, and I feel like you can't ask more than that for a quick routine! Not to mention it was super quick, but know that I did arrive right when they open. If I ever need additional bloodwork done and I am sent to Lab Corp, I will definitely come back to this location! read more

The women working here are actual angels sent from heaven. I have an extreme phobia of needles and was absolutely terrified going into the appointment. All of the women staff sat there with me, held my hand and made me as comfortable as possible as I was having a total breakdown. Would highly recommend for anyone dreading bloodwork, thank you ladies!!! read more

If there was a zero I'd give it I'm a nurse working and have blood that just needs to be dropped off. Over an hour patients waiting, no where to sign in, no one to check us in, and it's beyond frustrating read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would…read more Yesterday, I showed up at the wrong time, and their front window was blocked off, making it impossible to speak to anyone for help. I said "Excuse me, can someone help me?" multiple times and was completely ignored. Rude and unprofessional. Today, I came back for a blood test required to continue my PrEP prescription through Mistr. One of the lab techs--an older, light-skinned woman--acted like she couldn't help me because I supposedly had a balance. That's absurd--I was told by my pharmacist at Cone Health that everything was covered when I was receiving PrEP injections from them. Clearly, that was a lie. What makes it worse is that I had a test done at Quest just a few weeks ago for life insurance, and that tech was able to bypass the balance. Same with my last PrEP test 2-3 months ago--there was still a balance, but the lab tech had no issue helping me. So it really felt like she just didn't want to do her job. To top it off, my appointment was at 11:40 AM--close to their lunch break--so it felt like they were rushing me out of there. I told her I'm broke, homeless, living in my car, and I don't have $194.30 to pay. She didn't care. Just kept saying, "It won't let me bypass it," which I know is BS. I pray she never ends up down bad like I am now, because maybe then she'd understand what it's like to need compassion. She was more focused on the money than helping someone who needs medical care. These money-hungry companies have no heart. Now I have to contact Mistr and let them know I couldn't get my bloodwork done. Absolutely ridiculous.

Within two minutes one of their team members Shanika came and got me. She did the blood draw, and I hardly even felt it. She is a very kind person and a very efficient worker. I was out of the office with everything done by 8:15 am. Overall, a great experience. I'll keep coming here in the future.

HUGE parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. It is located on the second floor with other offices nearby. You can't get lost as they have signs of directions, you and name plates. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately and assisted. They have a large waiting area with plenty of seating. My dr.s appointment was at 8 and was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Stanislawki was very attentive and nice. I did not feel rushed at all and just put me at ease. Had to get bloodwork done, super quick and simple. The nurses who take care of that were patient and efficient at what they do. Everything is marked and labeled so you don't get lost at all.
