All patients coming in aren't for work/drug test, there are patients dealing with LIFE medical issues that could use just a little empathy. I arrived right at 8 AM and there were two people already in the room. There was a nice check in kiosk with ease of use to scan and not only your license, but your insurance information as well. Before I was even done checking in one person had already been removed from the room to start their needed bloodwork. Within 12 minutes I was taken back have blood drawn and out the door 5 minutes after. The location was clean and the staff was friendly and engaging, and I feel like you can't ask more than that for a quick routine! Not to mention it was super quick, but know that I did arrive right when they open. If I ever need additional bloodwork done and I am sent to Lab Corp, I will definitely come back to this location!

There wasn't a physical person that you could talk to, if you needed to change an appointment etc. Once you got to the back with the employees, the care was great and quick but anytime before that, you're basically on your own! Even when I called, no one would pick up the phone and when you get there, there's no one willing to talk to you! I would have appreciated more interaction or at least known the mission for the company. Even if it says something along the lines of, "There is limited interaction due to a high volume of appointments. We need our employees to be diligent and focused so we can serve the needs of the customers to the best of our ability." Some type of "mission" statement about the business would be great, if that's the mission and vision of the company!

What to expect was explained to me, again, as well as the aftercare procedures. My procedure went well. I was in and out well within the timeline provided. The pink folder I received two weeks ago, with documentation, was referenced numerous times. I continued to reference the folder for the next week or so. Overall, I had a great experience at CR.
