I came here for a drug test because of the requirements needed involving my new job. This business was good and efficient! However,, there was one caveat. There wasn't a physical person that you could talk to, if you needed to change an appointment etc. Once you got to the back with the employees, the care was great and quick but anytime before that, you're basically on your own! Even when I called, no one would pick up the phone and when you get there, there's no one willing to talk to you! I would have appreciated more interaction or at least known the mission for the company. Even if it says something along the lines of, "There is limited interaction due to a high volume of appointments. We need our employees to be diligent and focused so we can serve the needs of the customers to the best of our ability." Some type of "mission" statement about the business would be great, if that's the mission and vision of the company! read more

I always make an appointment and I always have to wait. No one communicates with you while waiting and the board that shows estimated times is highly inaccurate. The techs have been fantastic its just the wait and how long it takes due to poor staffing that is frustrating! read more

Why let people how are time out of their day to schedule a drug screening at 2:20 just to arrive and be told they stop drug testing at 2:00?!!!? Nowhere on the website does it implement this cut off time. STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME!! We have jobs to do too. The people running this establishment should not be working in the medical field. They are rude, unprofessional and act like you're burdening them by coming to the office. They rush you in and out without giving you any information on when you might get results, how you'll be contacted for your results etc. I've been to different quest locations including in different states and these people by far had the worst attitudes. Iris B created a hostile work environment. She explained to me that my vest wasn't allowed, I request someone to hand me my vest when I exit the drug screen. Ms. Iris was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Stating that I could leave the vest on counter, and have to walk in front of the the clear window of the lobby, that had people in it. I do not recommend using this lab for any personal nor corporate services. On a positive note, the young lady that did my drug was polite and even wish me a good weekend. read more

Quick and easy. In and out, was able to come earlier than my appointment -- both hubby and I made it out in 25 minutes. I really believe if you somehow come at the right time, the service and the procedure is quick and easy. Staff - nice and friendly. I have to admit, was intimidated, but the person who took my blood, was easy going and quick. Location - it was a bit hard to find, because there are other surrounding buildings nearby, but all in all, took less than 5 minutes to find the right one. read more

If I could rate this place ZERO stars, that's exactly what they'll be getting. The next time I go ANYWHERE I will make sure I look at the reviews first, because I can clearly see I wasn't the only one who had a horrible experience here. The staff was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional on so many levels. The lady who "helped" me name was Elaine & in all my years of living I've never experienced such poor customer service. From start to finish she acted as if she didn't want to be at work. She spoke in a tone as if she was annoyed and ready to clock out the entire time. She wasn't clear with her instructions as far as what needed to be done. When I walked back there for my screening she was talking to me as if I was supposed to automatically know what I needed to do. She told me to grab a cup, so I did just that. She waited for me to grab the cup to then say "no grab a cup from the bottom" INSTEAD of just saying that from the beginning. So I asked her what was the difference? She got annoyed and said "IT IS A DIFFERENCE" so I'm getting ready to head into thr bathroom and she's like "hand me the cup" so I asked her why didn't she just grab the cup initially and she said "this is how things work here" so I enter the restroom to complete the screening and I heard her through the walls talking about me. Her exact words was "She got a f***ing attitude, gone ask me what's the difference between the cups.. it's a difference sweetie" So once I got out of the bathroom I told her that I could hear her through the walls talking about me and that's extremely unprofessional. She tried to deny it by telling me she wasn't talking about me, she was talking about the other patients in the lobby. But either way it's still not right and far from what you're supposed to be doing. Once I asked her for her name she goes and say "ELAINE" as if she didn't care about me making a complaint because apparently nothing is going to happen to her. For you to feel that comfortable enough to talk about a patient while their still in the building shows me that you have no desire to support patients, you care nothing about your job, simply just there to receive a paycheck. This was my first time coming to this facility & I'll never come back this location is 10 minutes away from my house but I'll drive 30min to an hour to go somewhere else and be treated like I'm a human being. read more

Could not be unhappier with this facility. I had to take off time from work and was rushing to get here. Had forgotten my mask for the first time in 1.5 years. I asked whether they had a mask for customers and I would even pay for one. The staff said they did not have masks.Though visible they were wearing them. So an obvious and blatant lie. I walked out to never return. Dealing with lying people is one thing, however, this is hurting their business. If you are open to the public and a medical facility where you charge people for each procedure using medical billing where you charge $5 per cotton swab having a box of masks is a no brainer. Dumb and dumber could not have been prouder by the behavior exemplified here. Avoid and look for a n alternate tester. If you are a business make sure to not contract with this bunch. You future employees will be more productive when not angry at their onboarding experience. read more

I'm not sure all of what quest diagnostics offers (I think basic tests, glucose, etc), but they definitely do drug screenings for larger companies as my new employer sent me here one afternoon. They're tucked away on the first floor next to a pharmacy in a odd medical park, and the waiting room is fairly small. They were very efficient with their set procedures (a lot of "now stand here", "now wash your hands") and nice, but with an almost intimidating side to let you know they mean business, and don't you dare try to pull anything. I was in and out in under twenty minutes, so definitely no complaints here (it just seems weird to be a "fan" of a lab). They also close for an hour around lunch time. read more

Stopped in today, for my annual health screening for my 2015 benefits. Upon arrival there were only two others in the waiting room, plus for me! I was called to check in and back in the office within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly, although there was some difficulty with my information in the system, why, not sure. This is the fourth year I have returned to this office. Needless to say the entire process was smooth and I was told my results would be emailed to my company and me within 3-5 days. read more

I came here for my annual health-insurance work screening. What a pain. They scheduled to come into our office the day before Labor day and since I was going on vacation I had to make the lunch trek to their office. As to why they planned it that particular day I have no idea...let's make it so as many people are not in the office as possible. I get there at my reserved time and the place is slammed...as in, I had to stand for almost a half-hour after my allotted time. I almost felt bad for the people who didn't make an appointment because they were left standing much longer than I and they got there first technically. The lady who took my blood poked and prodded the needle for an excessive amount of time in search of a vain, after I squirmed in pain and asked what she was doing she said she had to do it again in my other arm...fabulous. Now after all of this it was time to take my blood-pressure..yipppee! As you can imagine it had sky-rocketed by that point so I requested we wait a minute and take it again as I knew I didn't have high BP and this was due to stress, clearly. We are also able to take two other readings if our first is high. She was visibly annoyed at my request and then said she couldn't record the reading in the machine -after a few minutes of explanation from myself she finally gave in and put her signature by hand next to my lower reading. Then I spent the next two months back and forth with Quest and my employer as they submitted my higher reading resulting in me not qualifying for a discount. I finally was able to get them to take the second lower reading but wow what a huge pain. If it wasn't mandated by my company I would never deal with this company again. read more
